• Very comfortable bed.
• Flimsy towels, a bit noisy.

“All in all, not a bad experience but certainly not great, either. The best aspect was certainly the comfortable of the bed. It was terrific.”

• People at front desk were very helpful.
• It had locks that did not work, phones did not work, stained floors, beds were poor quality.

“I would not recommend. The phones and door locks did not work in either of the rooms. There were huge stains in the carpet. The beds looked 20 yrs old!”

• Location & price were good, crispy cream right outside.
• Ice machines did not work; key had to be reprogrammed every day.

“The older section smells like disinfectant and the ice machines don't work, but the hotel staff was very cooperative and the room was clean. Fresh towels and beds made each day. It was fine for a single business traveler on a tight budget.”

• The lobby was very nice and welcoming.
• The hotel has a nasty smell. The carpet is too old and stained. The beds were not comfortable and something kept biting me.

“Overall I will not stay at this hotel again if I can help it. Even though the hotel lobby was very welcoming the hotel room was not.”

• Convent to eating places, clean, large, nice rooms.
• Tubs were slippery; we had to put towels down for fear of falling.

“Staff was friendly but slow about providing assistance to getting our bags up to the 3rd floor. Would not have been a big deal but this hotel was big, my husband has issues with his hip and we ended up carrying our bags ourselves to our room. I think staff was little preoccupied probably since it was the weekend of the race.”

• The location was pretty good for the money.
• The toilet didn't work, Fixtures and furniture were broken. Decor was out-of-date. Service was horrible.

“Don't stay at this hotel unless you really have to! It's needs remodeling and general maintenance. My wife felt unsafe. The staff was unapologetic and unhelpful.”

“There was a mess in the toilette, the tub was filthy, the manager was rude to my girlfriend, arrogant and uncooperative with me. He failed to enter our wake up call properly (probably on purpose) even after I said three times we have an international flight so make sure that the wake up call is at 5:45 AM in the new room (security guard is my witness). We were late to our flight, so I had to spend $200 to expedite my oversize baggage. They offered no compensation for having to switch to a clean room and I was not impressed. I am going to send the photos of the filthy bathroom to corporate along with this survey.”
