• Nice room, comfy bed!
• Trouble checking in and unfriendly staff at front desk.

“My main issue was at check in. Check in starts at 3pm but still at 5pm the room wasn't ready. The lady at the front desk was rude and offered no sort of apology. She basically brushed me off and told me to sit in the lobby and wait. She then forgot about me until I went and asked about the room 1/2 an hour later. Then she just ended up switching me to another room on a different floor that wasn't even as nice. Very frustrating! It's a nice hotel but definitely needs some improvements. The tile and grout in the bathroom was disgusting. Shower never really got hot and not good water pressure.”

• Fast elevator, ample parking, good location.
• Undergoing a much needed renovation.

“The Hilton Executive Park is great, if you want convenient access to the South Park area or I-77. It is close to the airport as well. Currently undergoing a much needed renovation. High-speed internet worked well. Lobby and corridors are dated, but are being renovated. Should be nice in a few months!”

• Staff very courteous. Lovely pool area. Convenient to freeway and South Park.
• Only 1 elevator worked. Room furnishings old and shabby. 13 inch TV. Tub did not drain.

“The hotel is in the middle of a remodeling. The staff was great. The room was not. Only one elevator worked all weekend. Be sure to ask for a remodeled room if you stay here. I wouldn't rate this above 2 star while they are remodeling. Hopefully it will improve after the work is done.”

• The room was very spacious.
• The facility was an older one but we understand it is under renovation.

“This hotel was very nice and met our expectations. It is an older facility and is undergoing some updates-- it will be better when these are completed. The only negative aspect is its location. I think for the business traveler it would be prefect. Our trip was family oriented and the location of the hotel was not central to a family oriented vacation. The hotel staff was extremely accomodating.”

“Expected better, sign as I entered indicated under construction (refreshing). Room was not ready at ck in, not cleaned completely. Stayed at a much nicer hotel three days earlier for about same price.”

• The restaurant was gross and over priced. There was no basic convenience supplies available (like toothbrushes)

“I thought the hotel was like a 2 1/2 star. The hotel was old, the only restaurant only had a B rating for cleanliness, and the food was overpriced, and not very good. There was no supplies available at the lobby. We forgot a toothbrush and had to get back n the car and go find a gracery store. It took a half hour to go get a tooth brush.We would not go back to this hotel.”

• They gave us a conferance room to sleep in. No extra sheet for the couch.

“I would NEVER stay here again. I can't belive that they can say that they are a Hilton. The room was dirty the couches were filthy. They had no additional sheets. To top it all off they called me in the morning to ask if my whole party was accounted for because there was a man sleeping outside my door.”

“This could have been a very nice hotel if it wasnt under construction. There was no pool at all. Also the fitness center and the spa were closed for the construction. Also the maid service forgot to do our room the first day we were there.”

• Location of hotel made travel during traditional weekday work commute difficult

“Very impressed with hotel. Was very clean, but slightly dated decor. Minor issues with no wakeup call given first night and one of the cups in the bath not clean (lipstick still on cup), but when mentioned to staff they were very apologetic and immediately offered a comp breakfast for the next day. Room was a King bed, requested two doubles but was not available (and not a drawback, the bed type is not guarenteed of course. Staff a high point of hotel, very friendly. Breakfast in resturant was average - friendlness of waitstaff far outweighed ok meal. Would stay again, especially at the price!”

• Smelled of raw sewage!

“The hotel is under renovation. The smell of raw sewage is overwhelming the moment you walk inside. My hotel room also smelled of raw sewage. I asked for a wake up call that I never received and the a/c unit was very loud. The light in the adjoining room/conference room was left on all night which lit up the outline of the door. Other than that, I had a good experience!!”
