“I loved this hotel. The staff was extra friendly, the bellman and maid went above and beyond. The restaurant manager asked if we had any special requests for the breakfast buffet. The room was clean and the beds were like clouds!”

“This hotel was a solid hotel. I don't really think it had the glamour of a 3 star hotel. It had it in spots but over all it was a nice stay. I would stay at any chain in this brand. But I think the downtown location would have been a little more romantic.”

“In a perfect location close to restaurants and the expressway. The beds and pillows were excellent and we loved the flat screen TV. Friendly staff and the free Starbuck's coffee in the morning started our day off in the right direction.”

“The lobby is very bright and airy; the rooms are neat and newly redone with flat screen TVs; the beds are absolutely heavenly with down pillows and comforters; room service is available; and the location is absolutely convenient to everything: south park shopping, downtown, and the freeways.”

“The location was alright. The room itself would have been nice if it wasn't for the fact that the bathroom was very nasty it hadn't been cleaned. The toilet was awful.”

“Overall I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room, decor, and cleanliness were excellent. I experienced an emergency with the heater burning element malfunctioning in the room at 3:30 am. Room filled with bad smoke odors staff on duty did not show any since of urgency to assist me, even after they sent other staff to investigate. I spoke to the director of guest services the next morning, and he accommodated me with lunch for me and my family at the hotel's restaurant at the hotel's expense. The food was so good I wished I could take the cook home with me. Bottom line, hats off to the management staff, for making things right. I would probably stay again.”

“The outside is deceiving. It looks old and kind of dumpy, but once you get inside, it is wonderful. The staff is friendly, though a forgetful. Had to ask for fresh towels three times, they forgot to send up my champagne (but made up for the oversight by sending up a free bottle). The beds are top of the line. Down mattresses and comforters, high thread count sheets. It was a dream. We didnt want to leave the bed. I definitely plan to stay there again.”
