• Convenient, Friendly Staff and Amenities.
• The room was kind of narrow for two adults, we kept having to step aside.

“I loved this hotel. The staff was extra friendly, the bellman and maid went above and beyond. The restaurant manager asked if we had any special requests for the breakfast buffet. The room was clean and the beds were like clouds!”

• The bathroom layout and the lcd TV.
• Channel selection on the TV. Non digital signal.

“This hotel was a solid hotel. I don't really think it had the glamour of a 3 star hotel. It had it in spots but over all it was a nice stay. I would stay at any chain in this brand. But I think the downtown location would have been a little more romantic.”

• Flat screen TV in rooms with computer hookup to it.
• Small bath; location not great for what I was doing.

• Staff was friendly, accommodating and professional.
• Restaurant was limited.

“Hotel was easy to access from the highway and clean. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional and attentive. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend it to anyone.”

• Bedding and large screen HD TV.
• No remote in room, No "do not disturb" sign for door. When requested both, only received remote. No free continental breakfast provided.

• I felt safe going out at night and seeing the hotel security circling the parking area.
• No mini fridge in the room.

“This hotel would be perfect for a business traveler with the wireless in room connections the beds where very comfortable, I especially enjoyed not having to pay for parking.”

“It is a perfect location for those traveling on the highway. Would recommend having a shuttle used for the new train that just opened in Charlotte.”

• Overall cleanliness and staff being helpful when advised I was a smoker and they had no smoking rooms.
• The herd of kids running up and down the hallway screaming.

• The most comfortable beds and pillows.
• Nothing it was perfect.

“In a perfect location close to restaurants and the expressway. The beds and pillows were excellent and we loved the flat screen TV. Friendly staff and the free Starbuck's coffee in the morning started our day off in the right direction.”

• Rooms have down pillows and comforters; very quiet; nice supply of hot water for shower; great location.
• I liked everything.

“The lobby is very bright and airy; the rooms are neat and newly redone with flat screen TVs; the beds are absolutely heavenly with down pillows and comforters; room service is available; and the location is absolutely convenient to everything: south park shopping, downtown, and the freeways.”

• The view from the room.
• The nasty bathroom that I had to clean because it wasnt done before I arrived.

“The location was alright. The room itself would have been nice if it wasn't for the fact that the bathroom was very nasty it hadn't been cleaned. The toilet was awful.”

• Staff's since of urgency in an emergency.

“Overall I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room, decor, and cleanliness were excellent. I experienced an emergency with the heater burning element malfunctioning in the room at 3:30 am. Room filled with bad smoke odors staff on duty did not show any since of urgency to assist me, even after they sent other staff to investigate. I spoke to the director of guest services the next morning, and he accommodated me with lunch for me and my family at the hotel's restaurant at the hotel's expense. The food was so good I wished I could take the cook home with me. Bottom line, hats off to the management staff, for making things right. I would probably stay again.”

• The bed was absolutely the best hotel bed Ive ever slept on. I went right out and bought a down comforter because of that bed.
• I had to ask three times for fresh towels.

“The outside is deceiving. It looks old and kind of dumpy, but once you get inside, it is wonderful. The staff is friendly, though a forgetful. Had to ask for fresh towels three times, they forgot to send up my champagne (but made up for the oversight by sending up a free bottle). The beds are top of the line. Down mattresses and comforters, high thread count sheets. It was a dream. We didnt want to leave the bed. I definitely plan to stay there again.”
