• I like the hotel environment, surrounded by trees and you feel safe.
• No elevator and I had to carry my luggage to the third floor.

“StudioPlus is a very nice and clean hotel. The beds sleep nice and the staff members are very friendly and helpful. I would live there for a longer period of time if it fit into my budget. The hotel is filled with people that have been living there extended period of time.”

• Nice kitchen, large room
• Dank hallways, not easily accessilbe for handicapped.

“The only handicapped rooms were on the first (basement) floor which was a smoking floor. Many handicapped people use oxygen, ergo no smoking should be allowed on that floor. The first floor was accessible from the lobby via 5 stairs up, through two doors, down a hallway and down 20 or more steps. It was also accesible through a back door accessible only by key through and entryway and another heavy door. The furniture in the little sitting room off the lobby was stained and dirty. The coach in the room was stained and dirty. The carpet in the hallways and room were stained and dirty. The staff was great!”

• Had a full size fridge/stove kitchenette and was cozy.
• Nothing.

“This hotel far exceeded my expectations, it was a 1-star hotel and I don't know why as it was in a decent location, clean and very comfortable. It was an extended stay and had a kitchenette with full size fridge & stove/oven and a microwave. Also had dishes and silverware. The front desk clerk was very nice. I just wish we could have stayed longer as we did not check-in until 10:15 p.m. and checked-out at 7:30 a.m. But I would definitely recomend to friends.”
