• Easy check in good front desk service and advice for area
• pool had too much chlorine seemed dirty and overused

“It was a good choice for a group of mom and 5 teenagers. Room was clean and comfy, I would reccomend a few more pillows tho.”

• The bed was wonderful!
• The fire alarm went off during the middle of the night and we had to stay outside in the cold for a while.

“Everything was wonderful at the hotel. We order our food from the restaurant and it was delivered in a timely manner. The only issue we had was the small fire on the first floor, which was contained as fast as possible. Also, the fire department was there in seconds to assure the safety of the guests and contain the fire quickly. The staff was very nice and apologetic for the inconvenience. Other than that episode, the rooms were wonderful, the bed was so comfortable and I hope to stay there again, this time without the small fire.”

• Updated rooms, clean, great breakfast.
• The glasses in my room were not clean. You could tell that they had been wiped down with a towel because of the lint on the glasses. Gross!

• The atrium area was very attractive.
• The line for breakfast was very slow. Restaurant overpriced for quality received.

“Room was clean comfortable and attractive. Pay per view selection was excellent but overpriced ($15 per movie). Service was very good. Check in and checkout was quick and easy. We enjoyed our stay.”

• Atrium and the freebies.
• I left a diamond necklace in the room and it was not turned in.

“We have always loved embassy suites. It is beautiful, friendly and the complimentary breakfast and happy hour are great. ”

• It was a wonderful experience. I would recommend the stay to all new comers/visitors.
• The lobby is too tight. Overkill on plants and trees.

• We like the open spaces/fountain, and other screens. We also like the room spaces.
• The location due to divider in road makes it incontinent. I did not like that housekeeping staff did not speak good English.

“I feel overall it is a 3 star hotel. The jazz Uri water was not warm enough. I feel the should offer the non drinking family something too. Evening reception should be for non drinking family too. The room is clean. I did not eat at the restaurant. I heard some other customer stating it's was great. When we ask for extra pillow and blanket the staff was prompt. I really enjoy my stay at the hotel.”

• High speed internet service is not free.

“The hotel is well presented, clean and modern. Amenities such as pool, and work out room were kept up. Parking is adequate and free unlike other hotels. However, I feel that high speed internet should be a courtesy service. When I subscribed and paid for the internet service, it did not even worked correctly. My service was constantly booted out and I was not able to do my work very well.”

• They let me have a late check out at 2.00 pm with out extra cost.
• A little to costly.
