• Clean bathroom.
• Sheets had burn in them from cigarette.

“The room was larger and cleaner than I expected. As I stated, the sheets had a burn hole in them, but other than that it was okay. I'm a picky person and found it to be just fine.”

• That the staff didn't know how to give accurate directions to hotel.

• Kitchen, and staff.
• Beds are uncomfortable. tubs are small, was not very clean especially under the beds and table and chairs.

“Lots of workers at this hotel and were quite noisy when they left for work. The rooms looked a little run down could use a good cleaning. Fan made lots of noise and you could hear everything through the walls.”

“Will not offer 2 full bed room (although available) to family of 4 without extra charge. Staff state all rooms have sleeper sofa but not true our room had a chair! Refused to relocate us without a charge.”

• Cheap bed mattress, narrow tub, only 2 small pillows.

“Although convenient and clean, this hotel is showing its age as compared to its competition. They need to upgrade the bed and tub/shower with at least a curved curtain holder. They also used cheap soap and no shampoo in room.”

“We were given a smoking room, which we did not reserve. We ended up having to move rooms late at night after complaining to the front desk. My wife and I had to share a double bed.”

“This extended stay motel was conveniently located to the airport, multiple conference facilities and Downtown Charlotte. The grounds were extensive and great for anyone that travels with a pet. My room had all necessary amenities and was clean, comfortable and modern. The room was somewhat small for an extended stay, but still represented a great value. I would recommend this location.”

• Convenient to airport if you have transportation.
• No shampoo, no hair dryer, no dining nearby.

“The facility is well kept and adequate for Extended Stay-which is the calling card. It is a little less suited for the single or couple on short to a couple of days visit. There is little dining available and transportation could be a challenge.”

• Good location, clean, large room.

“Conveniently located near hospital, restaurants and shopping, this hotel is quiet and has larger than average extended stay rooms. The only complaint is that they need better sound proofing as we could hear the people above us and several people on another wing complained about noisy children on their floor.”

• Not clean enough, musty smell, uncomfortable bed.

“This hotel is rated exactly as it should be. Don't expect more as you will probably be disappointed. Overall, it served its purpose although the actual beds are uncomfortable. Also they are very sparse on the small items hotels provide you with such as towels, toiletries, and electric items (hair dryer (none) & iron) You must have these things if you are staying here. Pantry was okay a little on the expensive side.”

• The room was surprisingly clean for an extended stay hotel.
• I enjoyed everything about this hotel.

“This was perhaps the best extended stay hotel that I have ever stayed in. Usually they are poorly maintained, but that was not the case here! If you are looking for a great deal for the money, this hotel is it. Wireless internet is available, too.”

• The rooms were clean, and quiet. They also supplied the basic kitchen utensils for cooking, eating, and cleaning.
• They did not provide something to clean the dishes with (dish soap or a scrubby).

“For the one night I was there, I saw four roaches. My bedside lights did not work. The room had a smell to it. I was not pleased with the cleanliness of the room.”
