• Very close to airport. Room perfectly serviceable, comfortable & clean .
• A bit grim. Worn. Moldy exterior.

“Staff was kind enough to switch date of my non-refundable pre-paid reservation. Room perfectly clean & comfortable but mismatched worn furnishings, aged dark carpet, hanging bits of popcorn ceiling, and moldy exterior with broken stucco give grim impression. Positive: Rooms come w/iron & board, hair dryer, mini-fridge, microwave, color TV, phone, desk.”

• The carpet was filthy, the rooms need to be renovated completely, and
  bathrooms too.

“I was terribly disappointed in this hotel. The walls were thin - I could hear the TV next door late into the night which prevented me from sleeping. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom needs re-tiled, etc. New bathroom sink, drains, etc.”

• Price and staff.

“It was perfect for me. Last minute unexpected trip - funeral. Do not have alot of money and this allowed me to travel. The staff was very nice. I came very late at night and left very early in the morning. I would think this would bother the staff. They never gave an impression of such!”

• Price, safe, clean, and proximity to the airport.
• Lighting in the rooms wasn't great, no pool or fitness area.

“This is nice place to stay if you are looking for a cheap roof over your head. The rooms are decent, but it's not luxurious by any means. I would have felt safe if my family were with me.”

• No frills basic necessities. Very friendly and helpful staff.
  
• Pool wasn't open yet.(too early).

“Nothing fancy, just clean rooms and the basics (micro-fridge-TV). Very pleasant staff, close to airport, shopping, & restaurants.”

• Good location.
• Broken air conditioning, dirty sheets, broken remote control, dirty feel to the room.

“I was very unimpressed with this hotel. The air conditioner and remote control was broken. The gentleman that came to fix the air conditioner had tattoos covering both his arms. There was hair on the sheets that was not ours. There was a very dirty feel to the room and the floor appeared to have not been vacuumed in several weeks. It needed painting and there was an attic in the bath area. It was very hard sleeping not knowing what may crawl out of there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The location was convenient.”
