• Location.
• They didn't have a room because they sold it to someone that paid more for it and put me a flea bag main stay.

“ This hotel did not have our room when we arrived at 11:30 pm. They had the reservation, but since may flights had been canceled they sold our room (I am sure for more money than we paid) and could only find us a room at the mainstay hotel (a flea bag) ten miles away. When we arrived at the main stay, they couldn't give us room because the Sheraton didn't have anyway to pay them. We had to pay them ourselves. The next morning the mainstay called the Sheraton to get payment, but after three people no one could figure out what to do. We had to call the general manager of the hotel ourselves to get them to make payment to the mainstay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. ”

• The beds were so comfortable. I haven't slept that good in a long time.
• When I got there they made me pay a 50$ per night deposit.

“The hotel has so many beautiful views and so many things to do inside. Great for business travelers. Very pet friendly. The beds are the best! Cozy and comfy.”

• Good location, nice facility, excellent and helpful staff.
• Maintenance and upkeep could be better.

• The staff was great. The lobby and pool area were very inviting.
• No refrigerator or microwave in rooms. Carpet and chairs dirty. Stair wells were filthy.

“The customer service was great. The bed was great. Too much empty space in the room. Our room joined other rooms on both sides. We could hear every word said in the other rooms. Very disturbing at 5 a.m. The hotel was supposed to have been remodeled recently.”

• Lobby was beautiful.
• The beds were full size.

“I think we must have had a room that had not been renovated other than new bedding. Stains on the carpet and the tub had a little damage to it. We could hear all of our neighbors beside and above us thought the night.”

• Great location near the airport, upscale contemporary decor, very comfortable beds and bedding.
• A minor detail, but still a bit irritating - there was no ramp on the sidewalk to wheel a suitcase from the parking lot in, we had to lift our bags.

• It was attractive.
• Pool was cold and small, bed was terribly uncomfortable.

“Probably would
not go back to this particular hotel, there was no hair dryer in the room and the pool was cold. The beds were very uncomfortable. Everything was clean and nice looking and the staff, at the restaurant, was excellent. Very high priced food though and not a large selection.”

• I liked the location. It was close to the amphitheater, panthers stadium and all the malls.

“The food in the dining area is not good at all. I ate out everyday I was there. Besides this and the statement above it was a nice hotel.”

• Room service food was excellent.
• No snack machine, in-room movies very expensive.

“Definitely would stay at this hotel again, and definitely would use Priceline again in fact I use Priceline often if I want a nice hotel in a particular spot - and thus far I have not been disappointed.”

• There was a rat in the pool. The hotel's airport shuttle pickup is slow.

“The first room had ants in the tub so I was moved to another room. The second room looked shabby with worn and stained carpet. Looked like there may have been a flood previously. I would have expected more from this hotel. But my flight was canceled so this was a last minute choice. I would
not recommend this hotel to anyone else.”
