• Little further from destination than I expected, but staff provided great help finding the location.

• Desk staff was very friendly and polite.
• When I arrived, I didn't have a room because they overbooked the hotel.

“I'm unable to since I didn't stay there---there wasn't any room available on the night that I was scheduled to stay there.”
