“Hotel staff was very professional. Very pleasant. Called several weeks ahead to make sure 2 double beds were available. Was issued king room. This room was very small even by hotel standards. Went to front desk was promptly switched to 2 double bed suite at no cost. This room was very nice, one of the nicer ones we've been to. Only bad part of visit was that breakfast was $7.95 per person for the standard eggs, bacon, sausage, breads and cereals. Normally more standard at these hotel prices. Went to Golden Corral $7.69, much better selection.”

“This was a decent hotel for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the pillows and bedding were comfortable, the free wireless was a nice perk and the provided toiletries were nice as well. The only downsides were that the toilet was not level on the floor (it would sink to one side when I sat down) and the ice machine on our floor was not working. All in all we had a pleasant stay.”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was traveling with 3 kids and a cat. Every single staff member was found to be helpful and courteous. The suite room we had was well appointed and worked out nicely for my family. The only negative was the location of the laundry facilities. It was outside across the parking lot by the pool.”

“Convenient location (just make sure to not leave valuables in vehicle and be sure to lock), staff very friendly, quick check in/out, big rooms (all suites) with comfortable beds and room for large parties to spread out.”

“We are a family with two children under the age of 5. We stayed at Four Points for a night and had a very pleasant experience. The room was very clean and I did not hesitate to let the baby crawl around. The location was very good, close to many eating places for all budgets and very central. Overall, a great experience - we would definitely think about staying there in the future!”

“I thought this hotel was very nice and quite! The rooms were average size but were well furnished and clean. Bathroom was nice and clean but a bit small. The bed was very comfortable! Wireless internet connection is a plus! Staff was helpful and friendly.”

“When I told the hotel staff I could not hook up to the internet they said they would send someone to fix it. However, they never sent anyone and never made any attempt to resolve the problem.”

“I checked into the hotel and turned on the TV. It said, "we now offer 4 types of hot pie, just call room service to order". The next day, I returned to the hotel and wanted a glass of wine, so I asked where the bar/restaurant area was. There was none (it was being renovated). The rooms were clean and comfortable; the staff was helpful (they had to switch my room when the heat wasn't working in my first room). It will be a nice play to stay after their kitchen is done.”

“I couldn't sleep because the A/C compressor was beyond loud. To add to that, I could also hear the A/C and the personal conversations of the people in the next room. I travel often. I don't believe I've ever been in a noisier room. The lobby was being redecorated and in disarray. The decor was attractive and typically I like staying at Sheraton, but as for this property I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“When first entering hotel we noticed repairs were in process. The first morning we noticed the room floor was wet. Stains were also on the ceiling. We were given another room but it was not cleaned. We left visiting until the evening. After returning the room was still not cleaned. Bathroom was small with no shower cap. Coffee and tea was very good and always available. The exercise room was under renovation and we were told the day before we left that another hotel gym was available for guests. The elevator had missing railing and the hall carpet was dirty. The hotel staff was friendly however we will never stay here again.”

“All but for the group that apparently was not very well chaperoned, our stay was quite pleasant. We needed two hypo-allergenic pillows and they were brought to us so quickly it was hard to believe!! My only complaint would be the church group. I love kids; I even do daycare. My husband is a high school basketball coach and travels with his team. They know that they have to be in their rooms at 11:00 pm. I think if this group is to come back, they should request a conference room and let the kids have fun without keeping others up. They (about thirty or so of them) gathered in the area outside the third floor elevator. They were having good clean fun but you would have thought it was 1:30 pm instead of am. We had our one year old grandson and six year old grand daughter with us. Fortunately, they didn't wake up.”
