“From a out of towner the hotel and staff was excellent and rooms kept clean for someone who spent most of there time out of the hotel for business all you want to come back to is a clean quite room. ”

• too noisy. The insulation of room is not good.

• It was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
• The bathroom was not especially clean. I saw a few small insects.

“Again, the staff was friendly and for the MOST part the hospital was clean. I'm just particular about bathrooms.”

• I checked in very late (around 1:30 am) they treated me awesome and even switched rooms for me because we needed two beds. They did an awesome job!
• they didnt sell news papers .... but were very helpful in finding somewhere where i could get one

• Leaving car in parking lot for two weeks while on vacation in another country -- no extra charge; van dropoff and pickup at airport
• No complaints whatsoever!!! We will go to this hotel again because of the excellent service

“The hotel allowed us to leave our car in their parking lot while we went away for two weeks on a vacation; the hotel's van brought us to the airport and picked us up two weeks later. All this without extra charge and with the only condition that we spent one night at the hotel. The breakfast was great -- and we were able to get to the airport without worrying about parking. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend this hotel, the Fairfield Inn by Marriot to all my friends -- It is better and cheaper than driving your car to the airport's parking lot and leaving it there -- and it is safer in the hotel's parking lot. Great hotel, great deal!!”

• Very nice hotel - good staff & clean
• We had a lower corner room and it was noisy outside from the traffic and people.

• The Continental breakfast is exceptional. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed.
• The room was smaller than anticipated.

“I couldn't have asked for better quality or service, especially for the price. The Continental breakfast was exceptional. It was worth waking up early to go down and eat. The staff was professional, yet hospitable.”

• wonderful cookies at check-in, and great breakfast
• Small, old rooms. Our toilet overflowed for no reason.

“Serviceable, for its age. It is definitely an older hotel. The rooms are small and cramped, with very outdated baths. Our toilet overflowed for no apparent reason, and the maintenance staff said that it had happened before. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. The location is good, although the directions were confusing.”
