• It was close to the places we were visiting.
• It looked a little sketchy.

“The hotel was very close to uptown and to Caro winds. It was about 15 minutes away from everything we were looking at online to do. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that it was on a road with nothing but a Waffle House. It looked a little sketchy from the outside. The room was small, but all we did was sleep and shower there. It all turned out fine though. We were safe and comfortable.”

• Front desk staff was really helpful.
• I like nothing about this hotel, besides staff.

“No restaurants close by except jack in the box and waffle house. Train runs right past your bedroom windows. Cleaning staff doesn't do a good job.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• Refrigerator leaking water, heater broken and musty smell.

“Hotel staff does not speak very good English, hard to communicate with. Room description must be for another local hotel.”

• Have refrigerators, clean rooms, good value for price.

“My wife and I travel to Florida every year to see our grandchildren. We stay at this hotel all the time. It is located on this south side of charlotte, which means we don¿t have to fight any heavy traffic going trough charlotte in the morning. This alone saves us an hour or more just there. This hotel is great (clean and friendly staff). The staff always makes us feel right at home. My wife loves it because here favorite restaurant (Texas road house is just minutes away). Also located very close to the interstate, get right off and on without getting lost.”

• Great rate clean rooms.

“I stay at allot of hotels, and I am always looking for a hotel with a great price and clean rooms. This hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and room was immaculate. There were allot of nice restaurants near the hotel and was off interstate 77 exit #1 Westinghouse blvd.”

• The hotel manager was very accommodating and friendly.
• The heater blower did not work.

“My spouse and I had traveled 3 hours from home and needed a place simply to spend the night before an early morning appointment in the area. This motel met that need quite adequately.”
