• Very clean, good sized room, attractive for a Holiday Inn.
• Poor gym, but that's not a big deal.

• Brand new everything.
• No weights in fitness center.

“Beautiful new Holiday Inn. They have made great changes to their style and image. I travel a lot for business and when I stay in places like this it makes the traveling much better.”

• Air conditioning thermostat (central air type) ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL Flat screen TV.
• Shower head in bathroom.

“Easy on and easy off of route 77 North and South. Texas Roadhouse across the street is great for lunch or dinner.Other restaurants nearby for breakfast such as IHOP and Waffle house. Hotel is very nice. Staff was professional all the way. Will definitely stay here again!”

“The hotel was OK you have to be towards the center of the hotel for the
WiFi to work well. and the wall paper was falling off the ceiling above the shower.”

• The room was very very clean well decorated,beds very comfortable,amenities awsome.
• absolutely nothing,we definately will stay again and strongly recomend .

“We were on our way home from florida,Columbia SC,happened to be half of the journey.Our experience at the holiday inn was awesome.the beds were turned down.very very clean.The amenities were a nice touch,even a hairdryer in the room,small refridgerator, The staff was very friendly.”

• Location and kids eat free in restaurant.
• Cleaning staff overtook elevators/halls.

“Great location for my needs. Well-maintained older hotel, except for one of the two elevators, which was broken. It was clean and well appointed.”

• The staff was friendly
• The smell of sewage in the restaurant along with inexperienced staff and mediocre food.

“While the staff was friendly there was a sense of inexperience in some crucial positions. The layout of the hotel and it's amenities was poorly thought out, not at all comfortable for an elderly or disabled guest. Based on other three start establishments I have stayed in, this hotel does not meet that standard.”

• Free internet in business center. Refrigerator in room.
• The weather was rainy.

“Excellent hotel if you are going to attend your son or daughters graduation at Ft Jackson. Very close to gate 4 that you must enter Ft Jackson from. Many restaurant choices nearby.”
