“The hotel room that we were assigned was run down, wallpaper peeling off of the wall in the bathroom. The liners in the tub peeling and dirty looking. The carpet looked like something that hasn't been cleaned since the hotel opened. We got a second room then the keys or doors weren't working. The desk clerk was trying to help but couldn't even get in touch with their maintenance personnel. After three unsuccessful attempts to get into a different room I just checked out and had to pay for another hotel. This was the worst experience that I have ever had with a hotel stay.”

“If you get a room here for $3.00 a night it¿s still too much. The rooms are dirty. It is loud. Bad purchase. My first room had no heat, and the second room was little better, it had heat, but the heat was so noisy I couldn't sleep. I will avoid Travelodge in the future because of this stay. I left a night early because of the conditions and was not reimbursed.”

“The bed could have been made of rocks and been more comfortable. The room was pretty sleazy and the area that the hotel was in was not ideal. The lady at the front desk was very nice. There was a great little arcade room, a laundry room, pool tables, internet room, and an indoor pool (though the water was too cold to get into).”

“The first indicator was the elevator. The smell was awful and the hole in the floor. There was a customer complaining of his toilet broken they gave him another. My room was clean and obviously smelled of fabrese. Generally a dingy mess.”

“I would not leave my dogs there. You over charged me, the rate on the sign outside was 10.00 cheaper per night than I was charged.”

“The toilet was broken. Although I booked my room more than a week in advance my room was not available. The hotel was not that clean and the staff was not helpful or friendly.”

“I would never recommend this hotel to anyone! Once upon a time it may have been in ok shape but not so now. The staff was friendly enough but the amenities of the room and the hotel were in very poor condition. I chose this hotel because it had a star rating 1/2 less than a hotel I had some previous experience with in the past. I made a bad mistake!”

“The hotel was a complete wreck. The hot tub was not working and was filled with dirty water. There were numerous homeless people roaming throughout the building.”

“Was very disappointed in room and service. Room was run down, sink and vanity was falling off the wall, some kind of spills running down the wall by the bed, ceiling and walls were badly water damaged and crumbling, picture was fuzzy on the TV, light bulbs were burned out, curtains wouldn't close. Asked the front desk if could change room they told us we would have to wait a couple hours to see if one became available or if she could get a dirty one cleaned. Two hours later, returned to front desk to ask how things were progressing in getting us another room and she acted like I was interrupting her snack time, threw a key card on the counter, and left us to try and find the room on our own.”

“The a/c did not work in my room. I pulled my stuff out to get a new room and they checked me out. They first had to check me back into the system and then tried to give me back the same room. I was told I had to wait and they tried once again to put me back in the same room. Finally got a new room but smaller and a smokers room. Worst place to stay. Don't go here.”

“Good hotel if all you are looking for is the cheapest. I was only staying a night and just need a place to sleep. If I was staying longer I would have asked for a refund from the hotel.”

“The hotel itself was not really bad. They really need to clean the filters for the air returns. They were very, very dirty. ”

“The staff is very friendly. The hotel is older and is starting to show it's age. Our first room was awful! The bed was saggy and broken, pillows were lumpy, the TV remote was taped together and not working, and the shower curtain was missing. We asked the front desk to move us into a new room. They were more than happy to help and very understanding! Our new room was much better! But, the pillows were still lumpy and the remote was still not great. I'd skip the free breakfast as well and eat at one of the restaurants instead.”

“Our family wanted just a clean, no fuss room for a one night stay. We got a cheap, unclean room, poor quality towels, bedding, pillows and a high pressure shower that nearly took your head off and was not adjustable.”

“We had to change rooms because things weren't working. They put us in a suite but the Jacuzzi not only didn't work you couldn't even plug it. The hot tub by the pool looked like it had not been cleaned in ages. I'm sure at one time this hotel was nice but it is very dated and has not been kept up.”
