• The location of the hotel was great and staff was friendly.
• There is nothing to tell it was a nice and comfortable place.

• The hotel was in a convenient spot for shopping.
• The hotel had terrible service.

“Location of this hotel is very difficult to find because it is on a dead end street. The service was awful. Key cards were not coded for the amount of time I stayed nor was there any hot water for the duration. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone. Staff was awful, had no answers for any of my concerns about there facilities.”

• Easy Access to Ft Jackson Quiet and clean.
• No bathtub shower only Had bottles of alcohol taken from room when room was cleaned and the maids did not speak English when I asked them about it.

“Everything was fine was looking forward to soaking in a bath which they did not have But that was just personal preference. And the alcohol missing from room after they cleaned. Other than that everything else was fine.”
