• Great location.
• Rooms have odor.

“The rooms are a little run down and I would not consider it three stars but the view and location is excellent. There is a small kitchen and complimentary. Breakfast but done expect hamburger, sausage and bacon with scrambled eggs. Also the cleaning of rooms ends at 12:00 pm so you need to leave before 11:30 am.”

• Good location, excellent room, balcony to watch the ocean.
• Can't think of a thing.

“The only thing that was a problem was the hotel got 2 reservations for me. But the clerk said there were 2 rooms reserved. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for two.”

• Location on the beach was great, had full kitchen.
• Broken and old furniture, no real food options in general vicinity.

• Comfy bed, convenient location, pool and atrium area.
• A bit dated in some places. but nothing really.

“For an older hotel, this place is excellent. A great pool and atrium for entertainment - perfect for kids and families. Location is excellent, jump on the bike trails or within a mile you're at the beach.”

• On the beach.
• Very disappointed in this hotel. We paid for 3 nights but only stayed the first.

“Did not like the hotel. It was relatively unclean. The staff was unfriendly. It was on the beach but far away from any restaurants or activities. We paid for 3 nights but only stayed one. Got ripped-off on this stay.”

• We both enjoyed the ocean view anytime of the day . Just to listen to the ocean waves was peaceful.
• There is not much I did not like . Staff could have been a little more friendly.

“We enjoyed the stay at Palm Plaza. Very relaxing place to unwind from a hectic work schedule. Very clean. The peacefulness of the ocean waves and the walk on the beach early in the morning was refreshing. We are ready to go back again.”

• Right on ocean front; staffs were extremely friendly and helpful.
• It's old.

“This is an old hotel waiting to be demolished for rebuilding. The pools were chipped; many deck chairs were broken. The room was small but had stove, oven, microwave and a big frig. The room and the lobby had terrific view of the ocean. I would definitely come back to this hotel when they rebuild.”
