• It was quite clean.
• Overall, it was not a pleasant stay.

“We could not find a three star hotel in the area that was affordable, so we ended up with this one. It was not a good choice. As senior citizens, we were not happy with having to carry our luggage up stairs to the second floor.”

• Was right off highway.
• Poor condition & didn't feel safe.

“The motel was in poor condition, hardly any lights in the parking lot. Sheets on bed were good but the blanket was old & worn out.”

• The waffles at breakfast and the very nice young lady that helped us with them.
• We first got a smoking room. Do not ever remember if we were asked what type we wanted.

• Location, close to Heritage USA, pool, Denny's next door, close to Carowinds, off Hwy 77.
• Stair wells, no elevators, dumpy, need of repairs and renovations, mold in shower, not sure if safe, and needs painting and refreshing.

“This is an old place in need of renovations. There are no elevators, stairwells are dark and dangerous at night, and hallways look like they need new carpet and paint. Denny's is sort of attached next door, which may also draw in transients at night. The rooms were okay, but the shower had mold in it or black in the grout. The blanket and spread on beds look old and in need of replacing, the blanket was fuzzy. The curtain didn't cover the window well. It was just a little too short. I felt like I should never go with a one and a half star again. I thought it was two stars when I booked. Next time I plan to stay in either a two star or a three star. Ramada Inn is usually good at two stars. I wasn't happy with this one. I thought Quality Inns were usually better than that. I didn't use the pool because of lack of time and so didn't get a good look. Ate at Denny's but didn't see the continental breakfast of the Inn. I just wasn't pleased with the condition of the hotel, the bedding, the shower, the hallways, the stairwells. The lobby looked okay. That seemed a bit deceiving when I got to the room. I would rate it a one star, period.”

• Dirty shower, paint falling off ceiling, over all dirty.

“Terrible. I would have liked to switch to a nicer hotel (motel!).”

• Right off the express way.
• Exterior very dated and interior needs renovating.

“Not as clean as I hoped an it looks sort of dumpy from the exterior-I was worried about safety-police were there. I would not stay here again.”

• Convenience, helpful staff.
• Bathroom could be cleaner.

“Convenient access, friendly staff, accommodating to my needs. Provided a place to drop my horse trailer for the day and acierated an early check-in request. Room furniture was a bit worn, and the bathroom was not as clean as it should be. Overall a good experience.”
