• It was difficult to find when coming from the southern direction (and not visible from the interstate).

• The rooms were large and clean. Bathrooms were nice and CLEAN!

“I found this to be a clean hotel with nice sized rooms. I am very picky as far as cleanliness goes and this hotel did not disappoint. Upon check-in, our host was very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers.”

• Room was clean and obviously re-modeled.
• Construction was going on at time of stay.

“We were not told that the hotel was under remodeling. The odor was so strong that it gave me a headache. Fumes from paint, glue, plaster etc. were strong.”

• Convenient location.
• Hotel was under renovation and room smelled of paint.

“The hotel was convenient for our one night stay. The other family was traveling with us found that the room that they requested and needed due to their family size was not available due to renovations. It took much complaining, but the hotel did give them an additional room at no charge.”

• Nicole, front desk, was outstanding.
• The rooms need to be updated.

“Even though we were there race weekend, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was inviting and there was even an area outside to eat our lunches. There was some confusion about the type of rooms that were available. However they clarified and solved the issue.”

• The rooms were very well put together.
• No smoking rooms available.

“This is one of the nicer Courtyard hotels I've stayed in. The rooms were well appointed, the price was right on for the location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. This hotel is now completely smoke free, which is an issue for me but may be a plus for others.”

• Comfortable bed, nice room layout, welcoming lobby, free Wall St. Journal, free Seattle's Best Coffee 24 hours a day.
• Indoor pool wasn't heated; breakfast was lacking.

• The hotel is difficult to find because of changes on the Interstate exits.
• The sheets were rough, too low on the thread count. Also, we travel with our dog and had to leave her outside in a kennel in our vehicle.

“This is an older property and has some problems with a moldy smell in the stairwells. Otherwise, the property is clean and neat. Exterior grounds are well-cared for.”

• The cleanliness.
• They boosted of indoor pool which is what I wanted, water was to cold to go in.

• The environment was good for family.
• Bed was terrible. Mine and my wifes' back hurt all day following.

“I was charged $28 due to connecting to a phone line because the hotel PC would not complete the tasks that I needed. I am taking college courses on line and had to meet a deadline.”
