• The location was great. Few blocks from main pier.
• Bathroom was pretty gross. Blinds were moldy and rusty.

“Not bad for the money. Great view and great location. There is a pizza, sub restaurant in the hotel, very convenient. Bathroom was nasty. Otherwise fairly clean. Will stay here again.”

• Nice pool and beach the hotel was clean.
• It is old and falling apart needs major renovation.

• It Was very close to the beach
• It was not anything like the pictures and front desk staff very rude.

“Well as soon as we checked in the crib we requested 3 days in advance was not there, Room was a lot smaller then in the ads on your site And Front Desk Staff very rude Wouldn't ever stay here again or suggest it to anyone either Not what you would expect for your money.”

• Spacious
• Split rooms

“Booked 2 rooms for my husband and I and my mother and the rooms weren't next to each other. The girl tried to move us closer together which then put us in a non smoking room. Had to provide garbage bags, remotes had to be replaced twice as well as the TV twice, my mother ran out of towels and the water was hot and cold, never a happy medium.”

• Big room with a kitchen that is nice.
• We were told ocean view we had no ocean view but we still paid extra for it.

“We did have a good time but I asked for a ocean view and we were closer to the road I was not happy about this. We paid for the view and all we could see is cars.”

• Room was rundown, not clean.

“Hotel is in desperate need of repairs. Some things in room don't work. No ice machine on premise, have to go to hotel lobby to ask for ice. General appearance does not give you good feeling.”

“The hotel was basically adequate, but had no appeal to bring us back. The rooms were old and uncomfortable. There was a lot of partying and commotion from other guests that was not family oriented. I did not feel comfortable or secure during our stay.”

• It was close to the beach.
• Checking in was the worst part of the experience.

“We were sat in the lobby with many other guest till 4:00pm till we could get into our room The staff was not helpful with this problem, and when we did complain we were told that the staff were new! But we weren't even in the room for 19 hours we had to check out by 11:00am the next morning, We arrived there at 2:00pm wanting to check in and spend some time at the beach but were in the lobby till 4:00pm so that didn't help us do what we wanted to do. We unloaded the van and buy that time it was 5:00pm so barely any time to rest at the beach! Very upset at the way we thing were done. Ed Grieves.”

• It was a dump!!! according to personal and marquee.
• Not as advertised, not safe not clean poor condition, black mold every where.

“When you pull up there is a 2 star hotel on the marquee you enter the lobby which is in dim lighting. Your ocean view is the building next door and if you go onto the balcony through the molded door and stand on your toes and stretch you might get a view of the ocean. The lock on the back door is doubtful of keeping anyone out as the door jam has been broken out. The water purifier on the kitchen sink sprays you and the wall. Very disappointed!!!!!”

• Not clean, very old, bad part of beach area.

“The rep that answered was one of the worst customer service reps I have dealt with. I am an account manager for a fortune 100 company and if I serviced my clients like I was serviced, I would be fired. This experience was so negative all the way around. ”

• Staff inconsiderate, rude.

“They show a picture of an ocean view room, this was not available. Check in time was 3pm, room was not ready at 4pm. Wanted to put our belongings in room while they tried to get it ready, they would not let us. housekeeping staff was uncaring and did not make any effort to clean room, even when they knew we were waiting. We did not stay at this hotel after the way we were treated.”

• We booked the room as ocean view, but it was not. We could find no visitors info in the room.

“The rooms were clean, but I'm not sure it was 3 star facilities. We could not find any ice makers and secondary to construction it was difficult to get from our room to the pool/beach. Parking was also very limited.”

• Location. Right next beach.
• Too old and dirty. Too noise.

“I stayed ocean view room. Frankly speaking the view was not bad. And the beach is only 30 feet away from my room. These are good things. However, facility is too out of data such that the room is not clean. My wife didn't use bathroom and my baby never took his shoes off. And it was very noise even in the middle of midnight. This is not 3 star hotel. Give me a break. If you want to stay in the beach side with cheap price, I would recommend this hotel, but this hotel is definitely not for traveler having young kids.”

• Had a pleasant Florida type feel inside and out.
• Both double bed mattresses old, had springs coming through padding.

“Good location, needs more updating of amenities. Accommodating staff. Needs card access to up floor rooms from parking area. Overall good hotel.”

• I was on the ocean.
• I was under the impression that it was a suite with an ocean view.

“We had an ocean view alright. When you walked out on the sidewalk and down around the back of the place. Our first half hour we were there my husband flushed the toilet and it overflowed all over the bathroom I called the front desk they told me to walk 3 buildings down and get a plunger because they had nobody to fix it. They had 3 buildings the first one looked nice the other 2 was bad they needed painted and they looked old. For the price I paid for this room I expected more.”

• This room was in very rough shape, very worn old looking.

“This hotel was not quite the quality to be expected for the price. The place had an old worn out look and feel. Dusty and mold buildup in bathroom walls and ceiling vents. I felt the price was too much for this quality of room.”

• Great Value right on the beach
• Older building but refurbished in 1997.

“This is the place to stay right on the beach, especially if you want to spend your money on other things. Great location, right on the ocean, clean and friendly.”
