“Very noisy, not good for someone who needs sleep. Rooms not very clean. But is close to restaurants and bars.”

“This hotel has the main convenience of being directly off international speed way and a1a. After that, it's a lot to be desired. Then checking in, the clerk was short and snippy about the difference between ocean front and ocean view. Not much in the room to direct towards things to do around the area or where any extras were located.”

“Great location if you want to go to Main St. Ocean is close. I think it is just a bit older hotel. For my purposes, NY Eve partying, it worked fine. Walking distance to Main Street or short cab ride. The trolley and it was full the entire time so I wouldn't recommend that.”

“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! I wore shoes the entire time I was in the room. Didn't want to chance walking on the nasty carpet with bare feet. Smelled like smoke, as did the towels! I found bugs on the bed, human hair on a chair. Lights didn't work, not user friendly, hard as rock beds. Very, disappointed!”

“Location was amazing. Rate, room, staff, food was awful. Plus, I was injured on hotel property (second injury of someone while at property, pool was closed for 24 hrs because of another injured guest) they would not pay for emergency room, when their own security saw the accident happen on unmentioned stairs. I broke my ankle, hurt my back and sprained my knee on the sand cluttered steps. Our vacation was ruined, not only buy injury, but by treatment of rude staff, lousy expensive food, and poorly maintained room accommodations, walls were painted two different colors, one of the bed's box spring was broken, bathroom was dirty and found a hair tie from the previous guest in the shower. Loud hallways sounded like a freight train every 5 minutes when a baggage cart was rolled down them. Awful experience.”

“Not very good. We had to make several trips to the hotel desk because the key would not work. We do not speak Spanish, and most of the staff only understand that language. The Jacuzzi was split green (full of algae). Pool towels were far and in between. We will never stay there again.”

“This hotel was an economy hotel on the beach. The room was clean but very worn. It did have a great view though. There were not enough parking places for the people staying and people were having to block each other in. If you blocked someone you had to leave your key at the front desk so they could move your vehicle. You were charged $5 a day for this terribly inconvenient parking system. The people next to us were up till the early morning hours and the noise seeped through the wall and doors keeping us awake. If you're looking for cheap and on the beach this is it. Don't expect anything else though.”

“Very congested area, parking was difficult. I wasn't too sure about the safety in the area.”

“The location was great. The room we were given by the hotel was cheap.”

“The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The 1st night the room was small, very worn and dreary and we had trouble sleeping due to the noise level of the other guests hanging around outside. We requested a room change and they were very nice to move us to a nicer room that was larger, quieter and less worn.”

“Great location, affordable, not luxurious, flat pillows.”

“Old. Tried to look updated but rugs, beds, linens, furniture all old. Drapes & windows filthy! Feces in washing machine. Unruly, unsupervised children at pool. General manager, Jeff, made aware but did nothing! $5.00 a day to park there. Ridiculous! Noisy, loud drunks 2 doors away, called front desk & no answer! This went on for over 3 hours! Almost as bad the second night. No hot water either day although it was repaired each day, it really held us up with our plans (had to wait for repair). No clean linens on second day. Had to call front desk and finally got them at 3 pm! Will never visit this hotel again & will tell everyone I know to stay away!”

“The hotel has a great location, you walk out and you are on the beach, however it needs to be remodeled.”

“I guess I would not recommend going to this hotel with children during Spring Break. Pool is great and beach access is excellent. The continental breakfast is outstanding for a continental breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to a single or couple without kids.”

“When we got there we were so surprised! Everyone was great! We got to check in at 10, the pool had a DJ and tons of contests! Cleaning came everyday! For spring breakers Boardwalk is defiantly the route to take! Walking distance to all the clubs too! Definite plus!”

“Over all the staff was really polite and helpful. I would recommend the hotel to others if asked about it. Mainly for the location and the staff.”

“I was very disappointed in this hotel. The room smelled and we had to air it out every day. The bedding was old and threadbare to the point where I could not be sure that it had been laundered. The sheets on the other bed were okay. Carpeting was old, worn and very dirty. When my husband walked in the room for an hour with socks but no shoes on, his socks became very dirty from that short time. I never went without my shoes in that room. The bathroom was clean but the tub needed to be resurfaced. The common areas were clean and in good repair. The best thing about this hotel was its proximity to the beach.”
