• The rooms were very clean, nice rooms.
• Limited parking.

“The rooms were very nice, clean, and comfy. Good location, great Bar Grill next door. Walking distance to Pier and Ocean walk, restaurants and convention center.”

• Only the location.
• Toilet broken. Reported but did not fix. Air Conditioner made loud noise.

“No viable parking. Could not get toilet fixed. It ran the full two days. Left after only two days. Could not take it for 3 days. No places to eat within walking distance except Wendy's. The only good thing about it was its location (right on the beach) and nice swimming pool.”

• Beachside, convenient to area attractions.
• Lack of available parking; Front Desk Agent not on property when I arrived to check-in.

“Motel very convenient to beach and area attractions including Ocean Center. I waited several minutes before a front desk agent appeared to process check-in. Overall, accommodations were decent, however, my room was in need of minor attention from both maintenance and housekeeping. A different front desk agent on duty, the morning of my check-out, was very accommodating in granting a late check-out. Polite attitude. Parking was very limited but this is understandable due to it having been a special event weekend and all area lodging at max occupancy. Beds were comfortable and I felt satisfied with the rate.”

• I liked the bed it was comfortable.
• The carpet was very Nasty we had to walk around I are shoes.

• Oceanfront, close to the pier, and most of all, it's in FL.
• No cars on beach at that location.

• Location was good.
• Micro and TV inoperative, roaches in room.

“If you must be close to the ocean this hotel is ok for the price but be prepared. Microwave in room did not work, TV sounded like it was going to blow up for the first 5 minutes it was turned on every time. I killed more than a couple roaches in the room and room was not ready until almost 4:00 when I checked in. Nice pool and only steps to the beach but I would not recommend unless you are on a real tight budget.”
