• The pool is very nice, the rooms are very clean.
• It has limited parking, If you can't find a spot you have to park across the street.

• It was Bike Week and crowded but still met expectations.
• Restaurant hours were poor for late nighters.

“Although it was bike week and a lot of rowdy (but not rude) people around, the hotel staff seemed to keep up with the constant coming and going of bikers followed by spring breakers on Sunday. Our room was clean and with only a slight glitch in one of the elevators we were happy with our stay. The bar tender in the lounge was a generous mixer and earned his tip.”

• The view and ocean front location.
• My car was stolen from the hotel parking lot!

“The staff was very friendly and helpful it is a nice hotel however, the manager was a complete jerk when we asked him for help in regards to my car being stolen, the last day of my trip was the worst experience of my life and the manager did nothing but make it worse.”

• Nice location.
• It took 2 days to clear up billing mistakes made by the hotel.

“This hotel charged my credit card 3 times for a room that I had already paid for. It took several hours of my time and a rude desk manager to clear up all of these billing issues. I even paid for parking in cash to avoid charging my credit card. I enjoyed the hotel but very disappointed with the billing issues.”

• Very clean pool, great location on the ocean with nice lounge.
• Parking spaces are limited only because its on the beach.

“Had a great time, the pool was the cleanest hotel pool I have ever seen, tons of nice lounge chairs directly on the beach. Room was large and clean and the staff was friendly.”

• Location is ok.
• Balcony door was locked and the room smelled.

“I spent one week here on spring break with 3 of my girlfriends. This of course was not stated when we made the reservation. I can understand though that damage does occur during spring break with some kids, however, our room was inspected before we left and found in good condition. However, when we checked out at 7 in the morning for an 8 o¿clock flight, we were told that the hotel couldn't give us our money back because it was in the safe and the person on desk duty couldn't get it. They said they would mail it to us. I¿ll be real surprised if we ever see it. What a scam! This should be illegal.”

• Location, location, location.
• Older hotel.

“A good in-between choice. On the beach but not as expensive as other high rise properties and much better that the very inexpensive "motels". Great location walking distance to pier and attractions. And, a great view.”

“It's located in front of ocean and you can see the ocean from your room. If you don't mind a little bit dirty room, you can stay and enjoy the ocean.”

• The view is really nice and the rooms are comfortable.
• The clean was not really good specially at the bath room, TV cable was really bad.
