  • Location of the hotel and the room were great.
  • It was all good, nothing to complain about.

“We thought this was a wonderful vacation place and we will be returning again. The staff was accommodating and the rooms were very nice! This is a family type place and they do not cater to spring breakers. So if you are wanting to come and party, go somewhere else!”

  • very loud and not family orientated Very wild atmosphere.

“It is very old and outdated. There was no parking available and they had half of the parking lot blocked off doing roof repairs. You had to drive backwards in the parking lot. You were awakened at five in the morning with roof work Loud music outside by the pool keeps you up all night. Two elevators total and only one worked. the outside around the pool had peeling paint and was awful. the air conditioner downstairs did not work. Only three washing machines in the whole place. Timeshare owners said it seems to get worse every year. A waste of money.”

  • Lack of customer service, horrible presentation, disappointing.

“They informed us that we could check in at any time during the day, so we could go ahead and leave. After the 14 hour drive, we arrive at the hotel at 10 am, when they then informed us that we could not check in until 3PM. They told us we could spend our time in the bar or restaurant area (which is poorly under construction. The restaurant was not even open, and the bar area had ply wood floors). We requested somewhere that we could store our groceries that we had in the car, and somewhere that we could change, but no alternative was provided to us. By the time we managed to check into our room, which ended up being 4 PM, instead of the originally promised time, the decor was appalling. Luckily I brought a pillow to use in the car, because the ones provided to us in the room were made of plastic. The toilet continuously flushed, the dividing door to the bedroom kept popping of the track, and our window would barely open. We informed them that we would deal with all of this, if they provided us with a free party pass. They were not very empathetic with our situation, or the other 3 rooms with complaints. As we all know, on Spring Break, things can get a little "rowdy", and our entire floor with the exception of one room, was having a "good time". They didn't like that too much, understandably so, so they informed us that if there was another complaint on us, we would be evicted. So we quiet down and went to bed. Is this the way to treat an unhappy customer, throw them on the street over 1000 miles away from their home with no remorse? I think not. To wrap up a long story, I would never recommend staying at this hotel to anyone! Being evicted was the best thing that could have happened to us, because we actually got to spend the rest of our vacation in a hotel with an acceptable level of customer service, presentation, and need I say a higher level of class (Bermuda House Resort)! ”
