• The quality of the room was exceptional.
• Water temperature in the hot tub and pool were not warm.

“My daughter and I flew in From Chicago to Roanoke and made the trip to Prince to visit an ailing family member. The staff at the front desk greeted up warmly and it was great how quickly check in went. We made our way to the third floor and walked into a very clean room. The sleeper sofa and table made watching TV a comfortable thing. There was a desk, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. The bed was more comfortable then most hotels we have stayed in. There was not a shortage of pillows either, The bathroom was decent sized but again very clean. Breakfast was the typical continental breakfast however they did have hard boiled eggs. I was most impressed with the house keeping staff. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay there again in the future.”

• Very comfortable, clean and roomy suite.
• The water pressure in the shower was lacking.

“The room was very clean, the mattress was comfortable and the furnishings looked new and well maintained. The breakfast bar was well stocked.”
