  • Nothing positive at all.
  • Extremely unsanitary & owner does not care about customer satisfaction.

“This place is nasty. When we tried to get a refund on the extremely dirty room, we were instantly refused. I wrote to the parent company which is Choice Hotels and was refused again. We will never stay in a Comfort Inn or any Choice Hotels again. Poor customer satisfaction comes directly from the parent company with this hotel chains. Go for the Hampton Inn and sleep clean.”
