• The room was spacious and the location was safe.

“I would recommend this hotel for a person and/or family who is staying in the Savannah area. This hotel is right down the street from all the nostalgia of historic Savannah, but has the convenience of modern day Savannah right around the corner.”

• Our room had a moldy smell.

“The only things that keeps this hotel from the economy rank of #1 is the 2 burner stove top, refrigerator & MW in the room. Definitely need to add daily room service. Had to return own towels to get new ones.”

• I did not like the service. Anytime I wanted or asked the front desk, they said, they cannot provide.

“The hotel is terrible. We were given keys to the hotel room into which some1 was checked in and felt unsafe through the rest of our stay there, thinking that they would give our room's key to someone else. Staff was incredibly rude and unapologetic about the mix up.”

• The kitchenette was great for cutting our food budget.
• The TV in the room was way too small.

“The hotel was excellent. It was a great value for the money. All of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling to Savannah.”

• Plenty parking.
• No ice/soda machine on floor, any daily room service and staff not friendly.

“The room was clean and plenty of space. Front desk staff wasn't very friendly when approach for more towels and toiletry. Upon registration, they wouldn't stop their staff to staff conversation to serve customers waiting at the counter. No vending machine accessible. Staff didn't take time to explain where to park according to room assignment nor welcome guests.”

• The price was ok.
• Upon arrival I was informed that because my stay was less than a week there would be no housekeeping services.

“The staff was not too friendly. When I locked myself out of my room at 6AM I felt I was bothering the clerk who was in a back room. When she came out she was dirty and unkept.”

• Location! The mini-kitchen was more than we expected. The cleanliness was less than expected. Ambiance was moderate to blah!
• The inside room ambience, decorations (none), mini kitchen lacked several utilities, and TV sound was very bad.

“The Extended Stay Hotel in Savannah was better than I had expected, given the price, the date-Memorial Holiday weekend- and the location perfect for getting around in Savannah. (The other hotel prices were almost double!) We were located only a few blocks from Historic Downtown Savannah and across the street from a great strip mall with a Public, Starbucks, Stone Cold Ice Cream and Atlanta Bread. (There was a fish restaurant, Bone Fish, in the strip center, but we did not eat there.) Food, nightlife, architecture, parks, beaches and friendly people are alive and very well in Savannah and we made the best of it, coming back to the hotel to sleep, get up and head out the next day.”
