“We were greeted warmly by the staff, who were very helpful. The convenient location near the airport and the freeway were great, but it wasn't noisy.”

• Location, spacious rooms, convenience to restaurants, downtown Columbia, nice pool.
• Had absolutely no complaints.

“Did not know what to expect. It was easy to upgrade to a smoking room. I was very pleased with my stay at the Hampton Inn. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Staff friendly and helpful. Very family-friendly. I would not hesitate to stay at a Hampton Inn again. Especially the one in West Columbia.”

• Lobby driveway was crowded by hotel van.

“All in all I was pleased by friendliness of all staff members. Facility seemed to be efficient in check-in and request for information was given in caring manner of helpfulness.”

• The complimentary breakfast was good and really liked that you had coffee, tea & hot chocolate available 24 hours. I would stay again.
• The bed was very uncomfortable.

“This location was ideal for a short overnight stay on the way to another destination. It was right off the exit from 26. Everything was great except the bed was a little uncomfortable.”

• Great staff, clean comfortable rooms.
• Elevator carpet needs replacement.

“The hotel staff was great. Breakfast was pretty good (the hostess kept everything stocked and clean even though it was very busy). Bed was very comfortable, room was clean, nice size and comfortable. Some wallpaper in halls was a little dinged up and the elevator carpet needs replacing. Overall a wonderful experience. Next time we go back to Columbia, we'll stay here.”

• The only thing that was nice was the location.
• I did not like the horrible smoke filled floor that we were assigned to and the fact that I was forced to sleep in a bed with my grand son of 26 years.

• The overall layout of the room.

“The Hampton Inn offered us an excellent room that provided a king size bed along with a 2-person couch and various ammenities to provide us with a relaxing respot to our travels. All of the staff provided a very personnal atmosphere. I would highly recommend them and llok forward to visiting with them again.”

• Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Quick drive to downtown.
• There were a couple tiny ants in the sink in the bathroom. Everything else was clean.
