• The staff.
• I could not find any problems.

“This hotel is great for a visit to Savannah. I checked in and found the assigned room had not been pampered - the staff did not question my observation and reassigned me another room.”

• Very clean, sufficient breakfast and great price.
• The pool skimmer didn't seem to be working well, so there was a fair amount of stuff floating on the water surface.

• Great pool.
• Several minor items were broken, or did not work properly.

“Rooms were sparse with only beds (although queen sized and very comfortable,) irons, ironing boards and hair driers. Very small bathrooms. No fridge or micro in the room, and all the vending machines were broken. The Staff was friendly, but did seem slightly bothered when asked to help. My room key stopped working twice while there, and they re-keyed it with out question. They didn't check my ID, and that made me a little nervous. However, the hotel/grounds are very clean, the breakfast of cereals, bagels, muffins, milk, coffee and juice was adequate. If you have a really big breakfast appetite, Waffle House and McDonald's are right down the street. I would stay here again, because the price I got through Priceline was excellent and appropriate for the hotel.”

• That I only had to stay one night.
• We were given 2 bath towels and the pillows were really bad.

“The staff seemed very frustrated and passed along to the guests as we were not the only guests with problems. As I was only there one night I asked to speak to a manager and after about 30 minutes they managed to fine a room. I found them rude and pretty unpleasant. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“We were traveling through to another destination. We liked this hotel and would highly recommend it. The area had a storm and the cable was out. The hotel credited our bill for the inconvenience without our asking.”
