• Nothing.
• The mold and mildew.

“The walls and ceiling were full of mold and mildew. The hangers were dusty and the AC unit was old and dusty.”

• Quiet rooms, good AC, wireless net, plenty of towels, good breakfast, and friendly staff, convenient depending on where you want to be.
• Slow draining tub. Not that many things to dislike. Just nothing to see outside your window on either side.

• Staff helped with changing rooms.
• Most everything.

• Not many people there and staff was friendly.
• Carpets were very dirty and the hotel was BEHIND other buildings, not easy to find.

“The amenities read that a snack basket and water wait you however the hotel stopped that a year ago. Do not expect a nice hot breakfast bar. The grits were stiff as cornbread and the sausage was not much better than dog food. Also there was NO managers reception from 5-7 as the lobby sign indicates.”

• Friendly staff.
• Facility was filthy.

“The lobby, hallway, and room were dirty when we checked and when we left. The staff was cheerful, friendly, and helpful. There was a spill on the stairs but the staff took more than a day to clean it. No vacuuming of the rooms, hallways, or lobby area.”

• Nice staff, good hotel amenities.
• Outside of hotel did not look as nice as photo.

“This hotel was a few minutes from Downtown, but suited our needs. Room was clean, extended breakfast was nice. Each night the manager held a reception for guests, manager very friendly. The hotel had just received new furniture for pool area, which made the area look nice.”

• Nice staff/great breakfast/great cocktail hour-nice staff during this time.
• Entry to our are very dirty-cobwebs, no toilet paper in our room, no washcloths, floor & carpet dirty, stain on sheets.

“Very nice entry, nice pool area, nice staff. Cleaning staff needs to be retrained on how to clean a room and leave proper items for guests (wash cloths, toilet paper) even when told about the foyer-did nothing about it. I traveled with my elderly mother and these things left a bad taste in her mouth. Word of mouth brings either clients or not!”

• Nice free breakfast buffet.
• Breakfast buffet very crowded.

“The hotel was average on the side of nice. The location was pretty good as it was a straight shot to the Downtown area and not too far. I wished the breakfast buffet hadn't been so crowded but it was free and the food was good. Good experience. I would definitely stay there again for the same price.”

• The central location-free breakfast-happy hour at the end of a busy sightseeing day.
• Liked everything.

“Having a breakfast and a happy hour was indeed a bonus. The rooms on the first floor opened to the patio and pool area.”

• The breakfast buffet and cocktail hour.
• The green policy for towels was not followed. Towels on floor were not replaced.

• Room layout: separate vanity area, big rooms, nice amenities, smoking available.
• No elevators in hotel, no vending/ice on upper level.

“Very comfortable, clean & spacious room. Smoking rooms available with windows that actually open. Interior corridors throughout. Friendly staff. Excellent pool area. Overall pleasant visit.”

• It was clean; comfortable the staff was excellent and was a perfect location for our visit to savannah.
• It did not have a microwave or refrigerator in the room.

“Overall a good place to stay. Hot breakfast in the morning. Nice people. Free drinks in the evening. Pool and hot tub were clean as was the entire hotel. It wasn't anything fancy but I was happy with what I got for the money. Good location.”
