• Room stunk and had toilet paper patching hole in bathroom wall.

“Will be returning to Savannah tomorrow, but will not be staying at same hotel.”

• The location was central and easy to find.
• The room was not very clean and had a heavy smoke smell.

“This is an old hotel that really needs to be renovated. The price per night seems ridiculous. It fit the location we wanted to stay in, but we most likely would not stay there again.”

• Close by to my destination.
• Could not talk to manager about my issues.

“My key did not work to open my door on the first full day. I was there, there was an old coffee filter in the coffee pot from the previous stay, the light switch to the bathroom had a trip in it and would not turn on without holding the light fixture at the same time. The housekeeper did not come by my room until I asked the front desk about it around 7;30 PM. When they visited the room, the housekeeper came after my request and only made the beds. there were no towels left, no shampoo or soap. I wanted to talk to the manager about this and he has not been available since Sunday 2/17. I would like a discount for my stay and do not know who to talk to about it. The front desk said that the manager would have to respond to that and I can not get hold of him.”

• The bed was comfortable and quiet. TV selection was good.
• The room furniture wasn't inviting. Bathroom was tiny.

“It was cool. Cable TV selection was nice.”

• Paying for the room.

• Location is great, easy to find.
• Facilities front entrance restrooms nasty, balcony reap with the smell of beer, rooms falling apart, doors won't open all the way because of floor.

“This hotel is in bad shape and need to be renovated because it is falling apart.”

• Nothing.
• Filthy & run down. Not what I expected for $90.00 a night.

“Room was filthy. Doors to bathroom & outside were busted, carpet was so nasty we would not walk on them in bare feet. Hotel supplied you a coffee maker but no coffee, I guess I should have brought my own. This is not what I expected for $90.00 a night, I don't think it was even worth half that.”

• The sink.
• The raggedy bedding, moldy shower and bugs.

“The hotel was so trashy, I could hear the people next door making love, There was a huge spider that security wouldn't kill, the bedding had cigarette holes, and the shower had mold and the towels were raggedy.”
