• Room was stinky, drain was clogged in bathroom.

• Free breakfast, clean, comfortable, friendly staff.
• The chemicals in the pool were terrible. Burned our eyes, made my kids cry and my daughters hair turn green.

“Overall it was nice. The floors were not clean under the bed skirt (toys and crumbs from previous family). The beds were comfy and staff was friendly. The pool was a disaster! We were in there for 10 minutes and my daughter's hair was green, my 2 boys were gagging and crying from the chemicals. I could barely keep my eyes open from them watering and my kids didn't want to swim again (which is something I never thought would happen!).”

• The bed was awesome and had a great hot tub.
• The indoor pool was not warm enough to swim.

“The room was clean and spacious with a microwave, small fridge, and coffee pot. We have back problems but the bed was really great, lots of soft pillows.”

• The beds were excellent.
• The shower space was too narrow.

“The breakfast buffet was excellent, but the times available were not posted. The shower space was narrow and the shower curtain was against you all the time. There was no place to put items in easy reach for handicap people when getting out of the shower. The stool was nice in the shower. There was no toilet seat cover. Items were easily dropped from the narrow shelf above into the toilet. Some counter or a lower and larger shelf would be very helpful.”

• The pool and Jacuzzi. Wish it were a little bigger, but it was nice and entertaining.
• Cleanliness of the hotel in general could have been better. The room was nice, but the lobby and hallways were less than attractive.

“Nice for the price! My sister and our young children visited and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast provided is out of this world! And free! The pool and Jacuzzi provided some adult relaxation time while the kids enjoyed their swim time. Would recommend this hotel!”

• The staff was friendly and helpful.
• The smell, musty, and cigarettes.

“I expected a better room. The first one had a terrible odor and the appearance was "thrown together". There were electrical cords everywhere. No attempt to hide them. I asked to move to another room was helped immediately by friendly staff. However, the "new" room, although "Non-smoking", smelled of stale cigarettes. I was not impressed and will have to be more careful in the future.”

“The hotel was in a good location, easy exit off of the highway. Attractive and quite. The room was clean and roomy. Everyone was really nice. I would stay there again.”
