  • It provided a roof over our heads while traveling.
  • Staff was not helpful when our room smelled like mold.

“Our first room smelled like mold. It had a dehumidifier in it. The smell was unbearable. So we asked for the another room. Other room was much better. Although, the next day our room cards didn't work. When they switched our rooms they didn't program them for the 3 nights that we were staying. We went to get their free breakfast one morning to bring back to our room to eat. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Savannah. We were very unhappy with our stay. The staff was rude and made everything very difficult.”

  • The location was wonderful!
  • Room smelled horrible; carpet poor; thin towels and a cockroach greeted me in the bathroom.

“Ramada is a reputable hotel, but this particular one was awful. The room smelled like urine and didn't go away after we sprayed fares. Cockroach in bathroom! Location is wonderful, but don't let that and the beautiful outside of the Ramada fool you.”

  • The hotel staff unlocked the door for me when the key stopped working.
  • The pool was very small and not very clean.

“The hotel was okay, when we arrived I noticed hair in the shower, but otherwise it seemed clean. The pool was small and not very clean. There were leaves, small trash and bugs all around.”

  • Price.
  • Failed to give me a wake up call, commode not bolted down.

“Moderately clean, seems to be about 2 to 4 years old, short stay okay, 3 days or more find better.”

  • Very near the interstate hwy.
  • I killed a spider on the bed pillow, bathroom sink was clogged, shower curtain rod support came out of wall.

“The bed was comfortable but I killed a spider on the bed pillow, the bathroom sink was clogged, the shower curtain rod support came out of wall. The continental breakfast consisted of pre-packaged muffins and a microwave oven in uncomfortably warm, cramped space. Desk clerk questioned me extensively about why I wanted to read the check-out paperwork I was signing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.”

Cleanliness:[1] • Staff:[6] • Location:[6]

  • Right off the highway, decent Continental breakfast.
  • Very dirty, smoky smell in non-smoking rooms, dirty pool.

“The pool was very dirty. My 2 and 3 years olds did not even want to swim in it. The rooms were dirty and old. They smelled like smoke. The shower plumbing was coming out of the wall. I have been at the Quality Inn that was not new, but the hotel was very clean and taken care of. I would have preferred to stay there over this place.”

  • It was in a great location on our way to Walt Disney world. Lots to do for a family of four.
  • Pool was closed.

“We stayed at this hotel on our way to Walt Disney world. Right off of i-95, but far enough to not hear the highway. This hotel was in a great location with plenty to do for a family of four with two small kids. Very clean. With a good continental breakfast with plenty of choices. I would choose this hotel again and recommend to others.”

  • Easy to get to.
  • The people at the front desk didn't communicate much and charged us for 2 nights when we asked for one.

“Easy to get to, right off i-95. Biggest downfall was no fridge. I'm diabetic and need a place for my insulin, and we chose this hotel because it was supposed to ha a mini fridge in the room. Instead I had to keep my medication in a cooler and constantly check to make sure it was cold enough.”

Cleanliness:[10] • Staff:[10] • Location:[9]

  • It was OK for the one night we stay there. Had a good breakfast.
  • It was a little too far from downtown, but for 1 night it was OK.

“The hotel was close to the I-95 for travelers. The people were nice at desk. The breakfast was great. The room was clean and served our purpose.”

Cleanliness:[2] • Staff:[5] • Location:[9]

  • Good location and quality of free breakfast.
  • Room was small and very dirty. Mold in bathtubs, ice bin, sink, filthy trashcans with no linings, feminine products found in pillowcase, and more.

“I did not think that this hotel was of a Ramada inn quality. The room was not cleaned well. Pool was open one night, and closed the other-manager explained not open in the spring, but we swam the night before. I will not stay at this hotel again.”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[8] • Location:[7]

  • The hotel was next to cracker barrel and nice restaurant.
  • Housekeeping was slow; arrive at the room mid afternoon to clean.

“I do recommend the hotel for business travel. The hot breakfast was adequate, the attendant was very pleasant.”
