• Staff was friendly.
• Ceiling leaked in room , room was not up to standard.

“I would not recommend this hotel for the price I had to pay for this room was not what I expected for the price, the room leaked and the one bed was wet from it in the morning.”

• It was close in distance to my parents home.

“Keys not working, dresser drawers uneven,
TV fuzzy, sofa bed yern spots, lamps not alike, iron not operating correct heating problem.”

• Staff, breakfast, activities.
• Parking lot.

“The staff and rooms were wonderful here. The people who worked there were very friendly, and went out of their way to make sure we were getting settled. The parking lot could use some work, but we found out that the mall the hotel was attached to owned and "maintained" the parking lot. Overall a great stay, with a very nice breakfast. We'll be back.”

• It had a pool.
• The pool did not open until 10 am
  and it was open to the public.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. One of the outlets did not work in the room, the pool did not open until 10 am. When we got there the room, next to ours, had the clock radio blaring for the maid service, and believe me we all know the clock radios are not meant to be full blast.”
