Location.
Filthy coffee cups left in the room.

“When I made coffee in the morning, I went to use the coffee cups provided and they were obviously previously used without cleaning - the lipstick marks on the rim turned my stomach. The clerk at the front desk didn't seem very concerned about that and was only interested in getting us checked out - next time I'll choose another hotel chain.”

The Property was clean, convenient for the event we were participating in on the east side of Orlando and the staff was wonderful.
Nothing during this stay.,

The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay.
It was hard to find from the street -- sign was not large enough to easily view while in a moving vehicle.

“I was very comfortable in this hotel. It had everything that I needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay again!”
