• The pool.
• How much they charge for a breakfast.

“An overpriced hotel, I've stayed in 4 different hotels in Beckley and the Country Inn is the best, it includes a great hot breakfast and is nicer for a few buck less.”

• The hotel was nice, and clean.
• I did not like the front desk staff.

“This hotel was nice. The attitude that this woman gave me was profound as she told me that all Marriott were now smoke free and I could smoke but I would have to pay $250 when I left. It was close to zero outside and I was forced to smoke on a balcony, so that I did not have to pay a fee. I was highly upset with my stay and the staff at this facility.”

• The hotel was non-smoking.

“I would love to stay at the Courtyard. But with the Courtyard being 100% smoke free, and I being a smoker I will no longer stay at this hotel. I hated how I had to go down 3 flights of stairs, past the pool, and outside to smoke a cigarette. From now on I will make sure I get a smoking hotel.”
