• Close to beach, nice pool.
• Older hotel, remodeled, mildew smell, small rooms.

“Hotel has a good location close to the beach (100 yards), with a nice pool. Rooms have been recently remodeled and furnishings were nice. I just could not get past the mildew smell in the two rooms we tried. Located next to a nice put-put attraction. Barely enough room to get by the second bed and get into the bath.”

• Breakfast delivered to your door at the time you want.
• One of the two bathrooms very outdated.

“This hotel is right on the beach and next to mini-golf. Also has a nice pool. Excellent for families with small children. Breakfast delivered to your door at the time you choose with a call beforehand. Very nice.”

• The hotel was on the beach and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
• There was nothing I did not like.

“This hotel was very clean and cozy. I especially liked it being on the beach. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.”

• The staff were very positive and helpful at any point that you needed them to be.
• There was nothing that I disliked.

• Spanish style architecture, on beach, next to mini golf, near St. Augustine.
• Poor door locks, a little pricey for a good room, generally old.

“The first room I went to looked bad. The door lock did not work properly and a second had been added. This room was on the second floor just above where you check in. I changed rooms to a newer part of the hotel and the room was a lot nicer and closer to the ocean but also more expensive. It had a key lock also instead of the card access I'm used to. The breakfast is great! Beach is great! Close to old town St. Augustine. A breakfast check off list is given to choose from and you place it on the door knob and it is delivered to the room at the time you want. Walk to beach on brick path and boardwalk. Mini golf next door. Don't get the cheap rooms. Pay extra and stay close to the beach.”

• Beautiful beach front location.
• Very limited parking for our very large truck.

“La fiesta is quite beautiful with a very private pool screened for comfort. Landscape with waterfalls, and a nice flowered boardwalk to the beach. Breakfast delivered daily to the room is a nice touch. Parking for us was limited as we have large vehicle but all in all a wonderful, safe upscale place to stay. Close to the best of the best in seafood restaurants, and a short drive to historic sty. Augustine. Room was well equipped with frig, microwave, and coffee maker and the bath was beautifully tiled. Very clean and peaceful. Price was just right. We will return.”

• Wish they had an outdoor Jacuzzi.

“Great location and rooms at la fiesta. Our pool room had a beautiful new bathroom and we loved the breakfast delivered right to our room. The landscaping here is really fantastic and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Being right on the ocean is nice and the beach has white sand and the area is very upscale with multi million dollar homes. We want to return soon and treat ourselves to one of their Ocean view suites with a Jacuzzi or their b & b next to their inn.”

• The continental breakfast was good with good quality foods brought by a friendly person who did mess up our order, but as quick to fix the error.
• The hotel was not "oceanfront". It had "beach access."

“We found the website of this Hotel to be far more attractive than the Hotel itself. Miniature golf was not free as indicated. The hotel was not "oceanfront." Our room did not overlook the Pool but rather it overlooked the bumpers of several cars. There were only two or three rooms which had ocean views. Both the sink and tub drains were totally clogged. My husband took a shower and three to four inches of scum remained in the tub after he got out. I opted not to take a shower that day.”
