• The room was very roomy for a family of 6.
• Could not keep AC fan running without freezing.

“It was clean, nice and roomy, very accommodating for children. The pool was a little dirty, but we were at the beach anyway. Very good location. Easy to get to beaches, and downtown St. Augustine area. Highly recommend for the cost.”

• Right across from the beach.
• Breakfast is all you can eat for 9 bucks doesn't better if you only wont just one waffle.

“All and all I'm very pleased clean place near every thing in town. Right near the city pier so if there is any surf for surfers this is one of the better places. Very pleased with our stay.”

• I like that it was close to the attractions.
• The room had a very bad smell, it was like mold. The AC did not cool properly and the bed was not comfortable at all.

“The outside of the hotel looks fine and the staff was very nice. My disappointments are the smell in the room, uncomfortable bed and the lack of amenities.”

“Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Located within walking distance of beach & nice restaurant. Perfect location for us, traveling with husband & 2 children.”

• Cookies.
• You had to pay for breakfast. Handicapped room was at the end of the hall, a long walk!

“We would have enjoyed the hotel more if the handicapped room was close to the elevator or there was another elevator at the other end of the hall where the room was located.”

• Large room, friendly staff. Convenient location.
• Small unattractive pool area.

“Generally, this hotel was nice. The room we had (whirlpool room) was very spacious the only thing that would have made it better is if it had a dvd/cd player. The location offers a short drive to historic St. Augustine, and is located just across the street from the ocean. I would stay there again.”
