• Stafe rude and not helpful.

“This hotel was not very clean. We called ahead just hours before and asked did they have a pool and was told yes. This was a big reason we chose to stay there. When we got there and we were only going to be there for a day and drove 6 hours to get there for the kids to be able to swim we were told the pool was out of service.”

• Very friendly staff and great breakfast!
• I had to wait for 30minutes to check-in to my room as it was not ready. Room was stinky with cigarette smell.

• I wish it was closer to downtown Savannah.

• Location.

“We really enjoyed our weekend get away to Savannah. It was really a drive to get to the heart of Savannah and the beach at Tybee. At least, a 45 minute drive with traffic & lots of turns. The hotel was nice and clean except for a little mildew on the ceiling of the bathroom area. The pool was also very clean. The continental breakfast was good, but no muffins or donuts.”

• Open spaces, big bathroom, nice employees, good price and wireless internet.
• 45 minutes from beach.

“Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay. Customer service was great and the room was great. I would stay here again. Perhaps at a closer location to the beach because I found out they had one closer.”

• The continental breakfast was amazing, nice room, friendly helpful staff.
• Not enough parking spaces for the amount of rooms in the hotel.

“I was very pleased with our stay. The room was great. Better than I had expected for the great price! Room was very clean, housekeeping came daily to clean, the free continental breakfast was out of this world. I expected cereal and bagels, coffee and milk. It was that and plenty more. Waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, grits, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, juices, etc. The only unfortunate part of our stay here had nothing to do with the hotel, But we had thunderstorms and rain daily through the entire 4 nights. But, we had an enjoyable relaxing time away. So it worked out!”

• Good location, easy access to major highways. Free internet and good complimentary breakfast.
• Has 2 free roaming Siamese cats around parking lot; needs pesticide treatment for interior bathroom ants and gnats.

• Easy access, plenty of things to do close by, good eating access.
• Parking spaces not adequate.

“A good place to stay for business travelers, but not necessarily for just leisure. A very clean place with very friendly staff. I would stay again.”

• Far away from Savannah Downtown. Too far.

• Nothing.
• Not clean, lots of dogs, new motels near by that were less, uncomfortable beds.

“This was an below average motel. If you have a dog it is a good place to stay. Were many news motels in the area for less. A 20 ride into Savannah. Beds were not comfortable. No fresh fruit at breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone unless they needed a place to stay with a dog.”

• Pillows were too thin, small barking dog in adjacent room, noisy late night revelers (suggests inadequate security at an interstate motel).

“The hotel was conveniently located near the interstate and grouped with several other hotels. It was not bad, it was not great, but average and sufficed for the brief overnight we stayed. Personally, for the slight difference in price, stay at a Holiday Inn Express, instead.”

• Inside the room the traffic from the street was very noisy.

“This hotel was clean and comfortable. We liked everything about it except there was quite a bit of noise from the street that ran in front of the hotel - all night.”

• The location to various restaurants was great.
• There is another hotel being built next door and you are warned when you get there that the noise begins at 7AM! And they were right!

“This hotel is located well and is easily accessible from the highway. Unfortunately, it is in need of a whole makeover. The young lady at the front desk/check in was overwhelmed by the number of people checking into the hotel. She, however, was kind and pleasant under the stress. I do not think that this La Quinta is up to their standards at this time.”

• Hotel was easy to get to and their were many restaurants conveniently located.
• My room was near the laundry and the staff was noisy in the morning as they prepared their carts to do their work.

“This hotel is a no frill hotel that was clean and neat with pleasant staff. Workers were a little noisy for those wanting to sleep-in. Convenient location to freeway and to restaurants.”

• Very poor breakfast selection, no bagels, most breakfast items were finished 1 hr before breakfast end time.

“Overall clean but poor breakfast selection. When we asked the hotel staff that breakfast items like bagels, etc were not there, they ignored us and said that's all we have. There were only few pieces of bread left.”

• Smell of chemicals going in pool. The motors were right in front of our room.

“Met our needs as we were only there at night time. We were sight seeing during days. It was a good family oriented motel. We would stay there in the future and would recommend it to friends.”
