• The location was very convenient for traveling since it was located in the middle of the airport.
• The front desk made sure I knew that I got the room at a fraction of what it normally goes for.

“Convenient, but would not stay there if I had to pay the "normal" price. The room I was given was a long walk from the elevator, in a corner of the hotel. Okay, but a long way from the airline check in. Not good if you had any difficulty walking long distances. Also, somewhat noisy at night from the wide open, multi-tiered balconies that face each other and the airport concourse with travelers.”

• The hotel itself was very nice.
• When
  I checked in I had four bags was not offered any help.

“The hotel was very nice. The staff however did not fit the hotel. I had to go to the bar to get service in the lounge. I checked in with four pieces of luggage and received no offer of help. I have stayed in many Hyatt's starting in 1977 and this has the distinction of having the worst service.”

• The hotel was beautifully designed, upscale in every way and conviently located within the airport.
• Nothing, it was perfect.

“The hotel was beautiful, had a balcony overlooking perimeter, rooms were upscale, staff was friendly. We had a flight the next morning, and our gate was located one level down. It was a great way to start our vacation. I highly recommend this hotel. Would definitely stay again!”

• I loved the comfort of the beds and all the food shops and stores within walking distance and the gym and pool.
• Pool size and hours.

• The hotel was located at the terminals and was excellent for business and young children.

“We stayed only because we were headed to the airport and had long periods between flights. The hotel was perfect situated at the airport which allowed for very relaxing travel particulary with an 8 year old that had to fly back home alone. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was great. The pool came in very handy and was open late.”

• Brand name.
• Parking Charges.

“Hotel room was nice, loved having flat screen TV and plenty of pillows. Being in the airport, I'm glad I brought earplugs. It's noisy at all times. Around 1 AM, an alarm similar sounding to a business fire alarm started sounding in the airport saying "an issue was identified in a terminal and to not use elevators until further notice." It continued to go off for the next 30 minutes. Hotel is in a great location for business travelers, but I wouldn't recommend it for ANYONE looking for peace and quiet.”

• Parking was in airport and $12 a day, making it less of a value

“The hotel was EMPTY.. as a result I think the hotel was understaffed. For example, a room service food tray was out in the hallway for over 18 hours.”

• Love the fact that I get off the plane and check in to my room.

“I love this hotel I stayed here several times last year and I have continued that tradition into 2009. The hotel is very convenient to the airport and my business appointments in Orlando. The rooms are comfortable and very nice.”

• Nice and clean. Close to conference.
• $12 charge for parking.

“Clean. Located on airport facilities. Our room was quite enough but you could hear the planes taking off and landing. It was kind of
neat to see them take off, but the minimal noise may bother some. The walls were pretty well insulated so it wasn't much noise, but it was present.”

“The hotel was very luxurious and the staff was very attentive. It was a bit confusing as to where to park, but once that was figured out, it was fine. The rooms were sound proof, so there's no intrusion of the airport below and surrounding you. The available gym and restaurants were wonderful. And the location was advantageous to anyone visiting for the famous Orlando attractions.”

“Nice hotel with friendly staff. The hotel was convenient and the trolley stop for I drive was just outside the front of the hotel. The pool was beautiful and they had two hot tubs and a kiddie pool too.”

• Everything! Employees, room, and facilities!
• Nothing.

“One of the nicest places I've stayed. Our room was wonderful! And every single employee we came in contact with was pleasant, professional and accommodating. The restaurants (we ate at both) were fairly priced and the food was delicious!”
