• The staff was very friendly, they were very clean, and they had shuttle service!
• No restaurant within decent walking distance.

“This hotel was very nice and very clean. The staff went out of there way to answer all of our questions and accommodate all of our needs. The shuttle even to use to dinner and picked us up when we were ready. The pool was very nice, also. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable.”

• Bed was old and uncomfortable.

“Staff was great. Very friendly and responsive. Free help yourself breakfast was of good quality. Location right by airport and other quality dining establishments. Room had mini-fridge, microwave, ironing board. Only bad was the bed.”

• The staff went out of their way to return some items I left behind to me via the shuttle at the airport. Very nice of them!

• Smiling front desk staff and excellent rooms.
• I had a suite and we brought back our dessert but there was no silverware to use in our suite.

• Missing hook behind bathroom door to hang clothes while showering.

• Staff was awesome, hotel was so clean, room clean too.
• No complaints.

“I will definitely stay there again, the staff was so nice, hotel was super clean, free breakfast in the morning was great, free shuttle to the airport a huge plus. No one would go wrong staying there.”

• Their breakfast was good, and had great choices, real food scrambled eggs and sausages.
• Noticeable hair on the sheets, and the upgrade for double beds.

“The Amerisuites Orlando Airport is a nice place to stay, however we did run into a problem with the room fridge not working and water from the shower leaking into the room onto our luggage. Told management who in returned gave us passes to stay again on the hotel and took of my upgrade charge for double beds. I thought that was nice.”

• The location was great - close to airport and major roadways.
• The start level didn't match what I expected.

• Good location.
• The furniture was torn and worn.

“The breakfast is good and the front desk staff is helpful. The room on the other hand was full of worn and torn furniture. The room smelled funky. A mix between fried bacon, smoke and moisture found in a room with a wall unit. The bed looked/felt so worn that I chose to sleep in the chair. I was very disappointed with the room.”

• Pleasant large pond at entry, inviting. Large parking lot.
• Entry a bit hard to find.

“Generous rooms size, internet available but signals in the rooms are weak, had to go to the lobby when the internet use is high.”

• Location was great. Front desk personnel were very helpful.
• Pillows need to be replaced. Loud air conditioner that kept turning on and off all night.

“Ok for one night. Close to airport. I would see it more as a 2 star instead of 21/2 star facility. Room could be more comfortable with new beds and pillows. Staff was friendly and helpful.”
