• Pool was under repair; elevators & hallways did not feel very clean

• Friendly staff, location and close to airport and restaurants.
• Elevators were very dirty and carpet was stained.

“Good hotel for an overnight stay at the airport. Easy access to the airport if you are driving. Quiet and close to restaurants and a shuttle was provided for the airport. The desk clerk was very accommodating and provided us with some food items even though the area for breakfast was not open when we left.”

• The hotel provides a hot breakfast. With four people, that adds to the savings.
• The hotel shuttle stops running at 11pm. We arrived after that time and had to take a cab.

“I have stayed with this hotel chain before. They will give you a room with a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. If you want two double beds and still the sleeper sofa you will pay an additional $10.00. I was traveling with my mom and my 2 teenage children so I just kept the king bed and sleeper sofa.”

• Construction.

“The hotel was dusty and noisy. The main point of an airport hotel is usually to rest before a flight and hammering at 8 am tends to disturb that. Not a 3 star at the moment. Beds and bedding very uncomfortable.”

“Normally very good. Was placed in a room this time the floor above where construction was being done and hot water turned off during morning hours.”

• CLose to the airport.
• Filthy. This hotel is under active construction.

“Hotel is in popular location right off airport. I have stayed in this location numerous times. Hotel is under construction, large gaping holes in lobby. Many workers all over. Filthy carpets, walls. Hotel smelled very moldy. Room was disgusting, sheets had not been cleaned. Floor dirty -old beer caps, wrappers. Sheets, towels threadbare. Breakfast my husband got sick.”

• The hallways and the rooms smelled moldy. it was disgusting.

“The hotel offered free shuttle service within a 3 mile radius. When I asked for a ride to a store the driver just scowled like it was an inconvenience. The rooms and the hallways smelled wet and moldy. It was pretty nasty.”

“This property is undergoing a complete remodel, upgrading from AmeriSuites to HyattPlace, so there were some inconveniences associated with that. On prior visits, I was always pleased with this hotel, and I'm sure I will be pleased once the transformation is complete. Highlight is the staff very friendly and helpful.”

• Excellent location and always friendly staffs.

“It has always been a pleasure staying at this hotel. The room is wide enough for one person - clean and quiet. Close to the airport is one of the reason to stay here. The shuttle bus runs from 5am; but, unfortunately, the breakfast is starting from 6am resulting that I usually have no chance to take a quick bite. That is my only regret.”

• Not so far from kennedy Space center (location).
• Shabby, poor, old, and not clean!

“Only lobby was not so bad. But other area including the room, facilities, corridor, towels, and curtain etc are so shabby, poor, old and not clean (bed linens were clean). I was not comfortable to stay.”

• Nearest hotel was walking distance, but would have preferrend onsite dining.

• Price and location plus outstanding free breakfast.
• It was a little old and worn.

“Excellent value for price. Location was perfect for my purpose. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable although dated and a bit tattered. The free included breakfast was one of the best I have experienced. Entire staff was helpful and courteous.”

“Overall not a bad property. The staff was nice. The free breakfast was ok. This hotel needs a deep cleaning. The rooms did have a musty odor which is common to many Florida hotels.”

• Friendlier staff.
• Breakfast was not enough for all who stayed in the hotel. If we were to come down after 9 AM then most of the food would be gone.

“Pretty good location, easy access, good and friendly staff. No restaurant or bar, no indoor pool. Smell of some sort of a smoke, allowed pet (dog) into the eating area (break first).”
