• It was inexpensive by comparison.
• It was unclean, deteriorated and 10 miles from where I wanted to be.

“The Knights Inn of Richmond Hill was the closest and least expensive hotel to Hinesville which is 10 miles away.”

• Location.
• Dirty, moldy rooms, keeping it clean doesn't seem to apply.

“Very disappointed. After 3 rooms, we had to check out and go somewhere else. Rooms were dirty, not vacuumed, dirty sheets and mold on the wall. Some water damage. My worst stay ever anywhere.”

• Price, and close to the highway.
• Very Run down, locks were bad, no safe in room. Air conditioner didn't work.

“Fair: The rooms needed plaster, paint, and new pluming, the room was sparse with very old beaten up furniture that was falling apart, the air conditioner was weak at best and the adjustment knobs were gone. The bed was OK but had seen better days. It was like staying with a family member you don't like who lives in low income housing.”
