• Located in safe area, clean, free shuttle to airport & free breakfast.

“Located in a safe area. Rooms were clean, had comfortable beds, great AC, free shuttle to airport (from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm) & free continental breakfast.”

• Restaurant/bar had entertainment & good food.
• Restaurant was overpriced & in disrepair, poor service.

“Old and deteriorating, but still worth the price and acceptance of pets. Did not like the shower accommodations for the disabled requiring handheld shower head. I am not disabled and don't sit for ablutions. Food at the "Fish on Fire" eatery was good but costly indicating they considered the motel guests as captive customers to be looted. The service at the restaurant was poor and disorganized.”

• Friendly staff.
  Good hot coffee. Hot &strong shower. Fast service.
• Cleaner floors (carpets). Carpet seemed dirty.

“The hotel was great. I would definitely stay there again. Staff was fast and friendly. The coffee was hot and fresh! The carpet could look a bit cleaner but overall the room was clean.”

• The size of room as well as being close to airport and not real expensive
• Did not like hotel worker checking to see if I was in my room alone or not, desk told her to check

“The accommodations are very nice, clean and roomy. The driver of the van to airport, exceptionally friendly and hospitable. Distance to airport can not beat unless you are staying directly on airport property.”

“For this type of hotel which is kind of your average place, it was very clean, staff was very nice and it had an airport shuttle. I just needed a place to stay over night reasonable and had a shuttle. It met those expectations”

• Excellent staff/clean rooms/microwave and fridge available.
• All ice machines were broken except for the lobby.

“We stayed 3 nights on vacation in Orlando. Except for the fact that you had to go all the way to the lobby for ice, we had a wonderful stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and large enough to be comfortable.”

• Did not have the amenities quoted, and paid for.

• Convenient to airport.
• Bathrooms were not clean.

“Only stayed one night but room did not have feeling of cleanliness. The mattress was uncomfortable and bathroom floors were not cleaned thoroughly. Since only stayed for a few hours could tolerate but was anxious to leave.”

• It was convenient to the airport and provided convenient shuttle service.
• The mattress was old and not very comfortable. I slept in the recliner.

• Close to the airport and McDonalds Restaurant, pool area was nice.
• Unfriendly staff, dusty rooms, continental breakfast wasn't kept stocked up.

“The hotel staff could have been a little friendlier. The rooms looked like they hadn't been dusted in months. Found black mold growing in the air conditioners. The pool area was very nice and well maintained. The grounds were well taken care of. The bed was very uncomfortable. Could tell the mattress was very old.”

• The staff was unobtrusive.
• the breakfast bar was awful, they were out of OJ, and only had bagels and cereal and cranberry juice.
