• The door was falling off the hinges, there were drug users at the property and the staff wanted me to pay twice for the room. Take off of your list.

“This property was absolutely terrible. There were undesirables at the property (drug users and people standing outside drinking beer in an obviously drunken state). ”

• Proximity to Interstate 4.
• Everything else.

“This hotel is about 100 years old and has not been renovated since the mid 70's. The door barely locked and the floor seemed cleaner than the beds. The bathroom floor creaked and cracked as if it were in a mobile home. Worst hotel I have ever been in and I am annoyed that I wasted $80 to sleep. Next time I will save my money and sleep in my truck.”

• Poorly lit parking lot, no instructions on finding the room.
