• Great location. Great price. Clean. Good breakfast.
• The room smelled like someone had been smoking in it.

• It was close to the campus we were visiting.
• Dirty, noisy.

“I find old soda bottles in the refrigerator, mold in the bathroom, and hair in the sink. I felt unclean the entire time I was there, but too exhausted from traveling to find another hotel.”

• Close to the highway for easy access.
• Night office personnel asleep when work was to be done.

“The first night was fine, the second the maid had removed the towels, but did not replace them. Upon going to the office to retrieve them found night clerk asleep. Breakfast was not set up, TV blaring.”
