• Desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

“Room was clean and presentable. Bed was comfortable but pillows were severely lacking any filling. Staff were helpful and friendly.”

• Good location to interstate 76- close to Kent State University.
• AC worked however the grill needed 2 be replaced.

• The location was great. Really easy to find and friendly staff.
• I was put in a smoking room and do not smoke it was horrible. After only spending a short while there everything I owned smelled really bad.

“This hotel is ok if you want a place to sleep without spending a lot. I would have never used either. The bed was hard as a rock and the sheets and blankets were bad. I was so lucky I came prepared and brought my own pillow and blanket from home. The clock and lamps didn't work.”

• Room was neat and clean, friendly clerk.
• Non smoking hallway smelled like smoke, dingy carpet.

“The stay was pleasant for the most part. Customers in the room above us constantly were banging on the walls and floor like they were wrestling. (Young Adult Males) This continued until about 1:30 A.M. making it hard to sleep.”

• It was clean.
• The mattress was horrible!

“The hotel was clean and attractive for the price. The mattress was the worst, very uncomfortable; I did not sleep well at all. The staff was nice and pleasant.”

• Clean rooms, quiet during midweek stay, convenient to highway, smelled pleasant
• Flat bottom sheet kept coming off, no extra blankets in room, poor continental breakfast.

“It served our purposes of a clean, convenient place to sleep and shower while we visited family in the area. Next time, I might look for a hotel that was a bit cheaper if we are not going to get some other amenities such as: a better breakfast, fluffier towels, a coffeepot in the room, extra pillows.”

• Easy to find.
• Comparable hotels in area were priced less per night.

“Hotel was just about empty. Hotel across the highway was advertising at about $10. Lower rate for comparable room. Included breakfast was just a muffin and coffee. Juice machine was there, but inoperable.”
