• Price.
• Not very clean, also the staff is not very helpful.

“Its ok for just a night , need to be remodeled. I forgot my license at the front desk and room phone was not working . They didn't make an effort to reach me , or to mail it to me.”

• The day manager accommodated our requests to the best of her ability.
• The unwillingness and lack of empathy during check-in from staff of their mistakes.

“The non-smoking rooms at this motel are average. The smoking rooms that we had to stay in for 1 night are poor at best. I and my family are generally not the complaining type. But the smoking rooms were filthy, mold was present in the showers (my son is allergic to mold and cigarette smoke. I would not recommended this hotel to a family to stay at for a vacation get away.”

• Moved us to a new, brighter room upon request, finally cleaned the pool, staff tried to accommodate us.
• Our initial room was dark, found a roach on bed and the pool was dirty with algae (they said pollen).

“Overall, we were disappointed. When we arrived, the pool was green. It took 3-4 days before the water was blue again. Initially, we were placed in a dark room, facing a brick wall with an ice machine in front. It had a few bugs and the room smelled chemical-like, I assume to hide the fact it was a smoking room. After a few days, we asked for a refund but it was not given to us. Upon request, we were moved to a nicer room. One staff member was quite rude, all the rest seemed genuinely interested in our comfort, especially the manager. It was clean and comfortable, but it was noisy and the location was a bit out of town, situated on a busy highway at the front of the hotel with the Florida Turnpike at the back of it. ”

“I was very unhappy with hotel room due to the inside and outside appearance. The odor, upholstery dirty and ripped inside the room. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• Absolutely nothing.
• Everything.

“When we got there the room looked ok, but when we went to get in bed for the night there was pubic hair and blood on the sheets. Then we requested a room change in the middle of the night and got one but that wasn't any better with "body fluid" dried on the blankets in that room and ants everywhere. It looked like that hotel charged its rooms out by the hour.”
