“It's in a convenient location and the price is very reasonable. Management could be a little better (my husband was given a key to another room to get replacement light bulbs for the bulbs in our room that didn't work) and our housekeeper did not speak English. I liked the pool area - it was nice and clean.”

“The type of place you would expect rents rooms by the hour. Bathroom only had one bath towel and one hand towel. No carpeting in the room at all, ugly tile floors. Guess this place used to be a Ramada but far short of Ramada Inns standards.”

“For the price fine for 1 night, but motel is old and in need of cleaning and update. Carpeting was filthy, but room had been cleaned. Decent TV and free-internet access were a big plus. Noisy by a busy street and could hear other guests walking by and talking all night long. Get a room in the back away from the main street.”

“The location was not inviting. Only one bed, minimum towels (only 2 thin bath towels for me and my husband) musty odor and cold tile floors. Bare bones I would not stay there again.”

“Most of the windows were cracked--some like bullet holes in them--very unsafe area--very filthy--mildew old coffee left in coffee pot--holes in sheets--I have pictures and would advise to take them off your list.”

“This hotel is a perfectly fine one star hotel, however it does not deserve a two star rating. While the hotel has amenities and wireless Internet and a free continental breakfast. The rooms are similar to motel 6.”

“The whole experience was bad. I own a small business and I sent two employees to stay for two nights. I know I ask for two beds. The hotel clerk said, That it was a single, they tried to explain to no avail, was finally given an ultimatum to either pay $10.00 dollars more a night or sleep together in a double. UNHAPPY”

“I thought, "Lesson learned. Lesson shared with others." But I thought I'd make the best of it. and it was not a disastrous experience, to be truthful (the lady checking us in was very kind and talkative)...but it was a substandard establishment to what I've been accustomed to in all my past purchases ”

“The lobby was dirty and unattractive. The room was even worst, there were roaches on the floor, the bed was unmade and the trash was unemptied. The hotel staff was uncooperative and not receptive to my disgust with the condition of the room.”

“The room I was in was tiny, outdated and reeked of stale cigarette smoke (even though this was a non-smoking room). The "restaurant" listed in the description wasn't open when I checked in that evening or in the morning when I checked out. The room also had long cigarette burns all over both nightstands, the sink counter and the floor (about 25-30 I'd say). It had to be from junkies who had been shooting up and passing out. I didn't particularly care, but that could definitely be offensive to some. If I had to stay there again I would, but only for the sake of a cheap room.”

“To be honest, I was impressed considering what I expected from a motel. The place was clean and there were no bugs. The shower had a nice showerhead with different types of settings and even one of those curved curtain rods (i.e. more room in the shower). The soaps and shampoos didn't smell cheap either. They offer free wireless Internet, although from our experience the connection wasn't great (kept dropping off every 2 min or so) so stick with using the complimentary computer at the lobby (which also has a color printer). The complimentary Continental breakfast also surprised me. I expected coffee along with a few mini muffins and coffee cakes, but they also had waffles, french toast, bagels, cereal, fruit, grits, boiled eggs, juice and tea. We didn't get a room with fridge and microwave because we reserved at the last minute, but we noticed that our "neighbor" did have one. There is a CVS right behind the hotel and a shopping center right after that. We only needed the room to shower and sleep, as we spent most of our day in the parks, so it served its purpose well. I wouldn't mind staying here again. However, if I factor what I spent on gas going back and forth from the parks and clubs (about 15 miles to/from Universal area), I think I might have been better spending a little more money at a hotel that was closer, and wasting less time and money on the road. Overall we were satisfied.”
