• Location.
• Hornets in the room (more then one).

• Quick in, quick out, breakfast, hot tub, frig, microwave, fitness center
• Pool too small & water too cold, floors too thin. could hear way too much from upstairs.

“I enjoyed the hotel it was comfortable. It was a great value for the price. Handy microwave and refrigerator.”

“The night manager on duty was great! The breakfast was very good the next morning. They were quick to upgrade my parents when the TV didn't work in their room. I will definitely stay again.”

• It felt clean and safe. It was updated and not old looking. Nice breakfast.
• Man at the front desk was not friendly or helpful with directions when asked. The night shift lady at check in was great.

• Free internet and excellent breakfast buffet.
• Room key deactivates when next to a cell phone or other electronics.

• Indoor pool and whirlpool, nice breakfast, convenient to Geauga lake.
• I slipped getting out of the whirlpool on the tile. The handcar is very loose and the tile is very slippery.

“Very nice hotel. Good Sunday breakfast. Nice room. Hotel rooms seem very clean. Hallways need some talk. Nice indoor pool and whirlpool and outdoor sitting area. I liked the fact that it is non-smoking also.”
