• Price was low.
• Uncomfortable bed, no fan in bathroom, TV had video hook ups but motel personnel could not get it to work.

“Low price, clean rooms, helpful & friendly personnel, convenient location. Uncomfortable well used bed. No fan in bathroom. The TV had video hook ups but the hotel personnel could not get it to work. no bath towels, one call and towels were quickly brought. Continental breakfast was clean and well stocked but selection was poor. At $41 I guess it was an ok stay but my wife and I won't be spending a night there again any time soon.”

• It was close to my brother's house.
• I felt like the walls were paper thin. We heard the neighbors upstairs and on both sides of us.

“We knew it was a smoking room. But it really smelled like a smoking room. The floor in the bathroom could have been cleaned better. It is showing age. I think for a quick night sleep it might be just great, but not for any length of time.”

• Clean rooms.
• Layout of the hotel is a bit confusing.

“Clean rooms and very close to the interstate. Downtown Cleveland is only minutes away.”

• Location. Fridge and microwave are handy.
• Run down. Wall paper and carpet in disrepair. Metal rusting throughout. Other guests rowdy--especially at pool. Outside security doors not working.

“Convenient and adequate, but disrepair issues and rowdy other guests made it less than a pleasant stay.”

• Convenient and the price was right.
• Needs an upgrade it has older decor and could use upgrade.

“The hotel was conveniently located and easy to get to. The room was clean, although it is not a new hotel. This hotel could use an upgrade and remodel to attract more clients. The staff was courteous and friendly.”

• The room smelled and the floors needed to be cleaned.

“The staff was very nice and we had what we needed to stay the night the beds were really comfortable and they had soft pillows they need to have something in the rooms that tell you about about places that will deliver food for you at your room .”

• Clean, check in pleasant, convenient parking to interior accessibility, rooms were as requested that being adjoining and ground floor.
• Personal dress of an employee, toilet, lave & tub not draining.

“Person checking us out was laid back on chair with joined leg near on top of desk when we walked in and just stared at us. I had to initiate the procedure. I on leaving advised of sewage drain problem and that the lave was siphoning with the end result being sewer gas could enter the rooms. No reply and I advised they must tell some one.”

• The staff was very friendly and courteous.
• The hallways smelled like smoke.

“This is a good economic choice for a hotel. The staff was top notch; I stayed here several times and they were always friendly and helpful.”

• Nothing.
• The mold! Horrible breakfast.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The continental breakfast was so lacking in interesting food to eat. The hotel smelled of mold, the hotel receptionist said that the pool floods when it rains so it is moldy. The hotel looked drably. My room furniture was damaged. It was old and drably. Totally did not like it.”

• Good hotel room for the price, and the staff was outstanding.
• The lock on the outside door was broken.

“Great hotel room for the price. The room had two queen beds, plus a fold out bed. The carpeting, blankets and pillows were better quality than you would normally get for the price. I was very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff; they were outstanding.”

• The hotel staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered.
• Room was old, had peeling wallpaper, bathroom had dirt-stained tub and floor, cracked tiles, inked name on door.

“Very friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are roomier than most and are comfortable. We have stayed here before and had always been happy. This room however greatly in need of remodeling-bathroom especially.”

“This was an older but very clean hotel. Service was friendly. It was very easy-in, easy-out. Bed was very comfy!”
